Subway — Restaurant in Aldine

I just had the worst experience ever at this subway location first of all their meat for their meatballs were so dry. The girl even said the meat was dry and she didn’t tell me that from the beginning she told me that after I seen the meatballs and I asked her like all the meatballs are like that and she said yes, and then she didn’t speak English, so I had to speak Spanish with her so then I told her I didn’t want the meatball. Let me get another sandwich so she made me another sandwich but then she told me they didn’t have American cheese. All I had to get was pepper jack or Swiss so I got pepper jack when it came down to the veggies. I asked her I wanted lettuce and tomatoes so she put a pinch of lettuce And one tomato on my sandwich so I asked her can I get extra lettuce and extra tomatoes so she put another pinch of lettuce and one more tomato so I asked her can I get more extra tomatoes and she told me she cannot give me no more veggies and that’s all the sandwich she could give me . so then I asked her what is her name because I did not want that sandwich. Her service was horrible. She was so rude and then she told me in Spanish that she could not give me her name. She was not gonna give me her name and she was not gonna give me her manager’s name. so the young lady was Hispanic with curly hair and that’s all I can say is she light skin Hispanic the other employee she didn’t say one word and she just stayed in the back. She was Hispanic also as well I don’t know if if she spoke English or Spanish, but she just stayed in the back and didn’t assist or...

Showed up here at 10:19pm Aug. 31 Sunday night and all the workers went to the back. Door completely locked. Why say you close at 11pm if your not gonna stay open till 11pm. Good help is so hard to find. All these folks do is lock the doors so they dont have to work. Lazy. Not coming back to this location because of this. I even called before I went to make sure they were open. Pressed #1 for business hours and it clearly said that they were opened till 11pm. Yet door is locked at 10:19pm and workers hiding in the back. Hope management reads this and disciplines them so Noone else has to experience this. Alot of times management is in on it too. Not saying thats the case. But sometimes nothing gets...

It’s sad I have to figure out the days this subway wants to actually provide service. Im not sure why they cut on their open sign and display their business hours on their door. I pull up around 7:30 or about 7:45 as I head to work for 8:00. Once I pull up to the drive thru I’m waiting 5 to 7 minutes before never getting service and pulling off. One time I figured maybe I should walk in. I heard someone washing dishes. Again, after waiting and saying a gentle “hello” I had to eventually take off for work. I just didn’t want greasy food for breakfast which I chose over this non attentive establishment. Just cut the sign off please so your customers don’t waste time and money. I won’t be back...
