I went through the drive thru for breakfast and after waiting for over 20 minutes in a short line I ordered my food and she continued to mess up the order at the speaker. I pulled up to the first window and sat there for another 15 minutes before ever being attended to. She then proceeded to ask me which order was mine and after calling out orders which none of which were mine she just decided to take my order at the window. We start to order for the second time and mid way through she lets me know they arenât serving breakfast anymore, so we order lunch instead. Once we get to the second window they handed us someoneâs elseâs order we told them it wasnât ours and asked us what we got. I handed them the receipt and they said âOh we havenât started making lunch yet.â then pulled us up and we waited again. When we got our order most the food was not correct. The woman I believe to be the manager, with red-orange hair in a long braided ponytail, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was picking up an order and was forced to wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes because the doors were locked. After this unnecessary delay, she casually told me the doors were now unlocked, as if it was no big deal. I overheard her talking to an employee about deliberately making dashers wait, saying she âdoesnât have time for this today.â Her attitude was completely dismissive and disrespectful. Later that same night, I returned to buy food for myself, and the same manager had the drive-thru line backed up for 40 minutes. You could see her laughing about it, clearly not caring about the customers or workers like me just trying to do our jobs. I knew things would go downhill when the fries weren't hot, get home the meat was cold and the cheese had not melted on the burger, the happy meal didn't have the nuggets, it took me calling 4 times before someone answered the phone, told what happened, came back Friday about the same time, talked to the manager, she said she would make it right, getting soda and a worker brought the order out sat it on the table and said here's your order. The fries were cold, the meat in the burger looked like it had been cooked two days ago, I gave it to the cats, things were thrown in the bag, I counted 31 packs of ketchup that let be know that the workers don't care about the customers if they did my order would have been made right.
