Taco Bell — Restaurant in Alexander City

I love Taco Bell! So the food was great! The service was ok. Was a bit disappointed as we drove about 20 minutes out of the way to eat here. We did arrive about 5 minutes before closing, 9:55, but we didn’t know that. Online says they close at 2am. So we assumed that both the drive-thru and dining were open. We’ve come to realize tho that many of the times online for different places are off! We did try to call and ask but no answer so we went anyway! They must’ve seen us walking across the parking lot because as we get close to the door we notice one of the employees walk over to lock the door! Funny thing was she struggled and struggled! Kinda felt like that’s what you get!! But anyway we ordered through the drive-thru. Service wasn’t necessarily bad but they seemed to rush so much, that it was rude. Like asking many times while you’re trying to order, “is that it?”! We were already disappointed that we would have to eat in the vehicle and then they weren’t very friendly! Been in there 3 times and the workers there do nothing but fuss and fight Sunday Nov 20 we stopped in there and the young girl working drive through was trying to help a nother employee when 3 older women 2 said they in management and the 3 jumped on the girl from drive through and after took us 40 min to get our food I asked 3 time who was the store manager and the one over the store manager Mon of 3 old woman couldn't tell me and wouldn't all they could do is get on there phone to the store manager I did send all this to the main taco bell the store manager and the 3 older women needs to be fired.
