I even dont want give a one star if I could.Incident happened last Thursday at 6:00 pm, fast food restaurant "Burger 7" at 4533 Duke st Alexandria VA 22304. I ordered six chicken nuggets and french fries for my six yrs old daughter's dinner, total order was $12.98. After ordering, I took my child to the bathroom to wash her hands and get ready to eat. Bathroom was so slippery. I did not complain to them, because we are rushing to leave and I don't want to make a big deal with them and waste my time.I was watching workers at the station and resting, suddenly I saw black shirt lady take the fries basket out from the oil shake a few times to put in the fries cooling area and suddenly grab a yellowish oily towel and start taping french fries. I asked the black shirt lady:" Is that my order?" She said yes, I asked her back: " Why did you use that towel to wipe my fries?" The lady said this is normal, they do this all the time. I ask her again:" how often do you change your towel? hours? daily? every other day? or once a week?" She could not answer my questions and just kept saying:" People coming and they change" I ask how often they come? she denied answering. So I request my money back. First she said no. I told her: I don't let my daughter eat those fries with a towel tapping around it, It looks dirty and you are unable to provide me with how often you change. So she refunded me $7.11 and told me to go. I thought she would refund me the full amount and tried to walk out and saw my receipt, I came back to tell her "this is a partial refund, why did you not refund the full amount? ". She said they did not use towels on chicken nuggets and she is not gonna refund me. I politely asked her, I would not let my daughter eat anything from here and how I would feel comfortable to feed her after I saw unsanitized food. I clearly told black shirt lady, it is the end of the day, I don't want to make a big issue, I just need to fully refund my money, I will leave and never come back again. She said she did, when I ask, I needed a refund receipt, she refused to provide it to me. She said it will come to my bank in a few days. I asked again and explained to her, if I don't have any approval, how did I know you will be fully refunded and what will happen if you are denied after 2-3 days. She pointing her finger to me,said I am a "Liar". I often come to this . "Burger 7" to eat, because of "Halal" food. That means I have been tasting that gresy towel every time. I told her:'' I don't want to make a big issue, because I am rushing, or somehow, I will fond a solution for this unsanitized food processing. Black shirt lady said:" I don't care" I do not know, she doesn't care because that is not her business or she doesn't care about providing unsanitized food to customers. Her unsanitized food processing and her bad customer services and her attitude is unacceptable. God know how many of us been tasting that gresy towel on our food in...
Read moreLet me just say, I’m not sure if words can fully capture how incredible my experience at B7 was, but here’s my best attempt! I came in with high expectations, and Chef Zouber and Jose absolutely exceeded them. Their Grilled Chicken Sandwich isn’t just a meal—it’s an unforgettable culinary masterpiece.
The sandwich is perfection on a plate. The grilled chicken was seasoned to perfection, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a revelation! The bread? Toasted just right—crispy on the outside yet soft enough to complement the chicken without overpowering it. The fresh toppings brought a vibrant, crunchy element that took it to the next level. And then there’s the sauce—whatever Chef Zouber and Jose crafted there deserves its own award. Creamy, tangy, and expertly balanced, it tied everything together like the perfect bow on a gift.
But wait, we’re not done—because the tater tots? GAME CHANGER. Crispy golden perfection on the outside with a fluffy, potato-y center that was absolutely addictive. Pairing them with the sandwich was pure genius, and I don’t think I’ll ever look at side dishes the same way again.
And let’s not forget the stars behind the magic: Chef Zouber and Jose. Their passion for their craft and attention to detail shine through in every bite. You can tell they put their hearts into this food, and it makes all the difference. This is not just the best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had—it’s one of the best meals I’ve ever had, period.
If you haven’t tried B7 yet, you’re seriously missing out. Trust me, make this your next stop. I’m already planning my next visit, and I don’t think anything else will ever compare. Bravo, Chef Zouber and...

Burger and Fries OK, but don't be mistaken the burger is all about the toppings, not the season or cook of beef. Fries is about generous size, nothing special otherwise.
Grilled chicken sandwich really lacks inspiration/flavor or season. The flavors of toppings overwhelm any flavor of chicken. I could have ordered the same sandwich minus the chicken and only difference in flavor/enjoyment would have been texture. Missed opportunity.
Be warned though the bottom buns, they slather on condiments and wet toppings while meat is grilling and it does not hold up well. Both burger and chicken sandwich bottom buns became mushy, while tops held up well because their was no moisture applied. They need to adjust condiments, spread across both buns or change out buns/quality to something that will hold up.
Lastly, DO NOT ORDER the Mac and Cheese. Completely overcooked noodles swimming in a flavorless, yellow sauce. No cheesy, no real creamy flavor and no seasoning. The texture of the overcooked noodles with the sauce just gives the...
