Horrible customer service! I wanted a veggie vegan bowl. So just cauliflower rice beans and a little bit of the green sauce that they have. That’s all my bowl would consist stuff. So when she put the scoop of cauliflower rice into my bowl I said can you put a second one. ‘no you can’t you only get one. I said well I’m getting a veggie bowl so I’m gonna need more food than that....look at that.....so she says well that’s gonna be two dollars more. I said sure but I don’t understand how you expect somebody to be full off of this little one scoop. now mind you I may have been upset with the situation but I wasn’t loud, I didn’t use any profanity i simply gave a vocal protest as to their procedures and rules as any other consumer would have. So from the cauliflower rice is when the conversation began and ended about the extra charge and the extra scoop. we walk all the way down the Buffay doing two different bowls. we get to the register and instead of her ringing me up like she should have....she runs in to the back to get her manager as if she was telling on me as if I was getting in trouble..which I asked the young lady this at that this point was I getting in trouble. .I didn’t ask for her manager so when the Manager came out she wanted to debate with me about it. Remember I already said OK I’ll pay so what else was his manager there to do she’s not the one who rang me up she’s gonna have to put a special code in what she coming out to scold me the consumer. I looked at her and I told her ma’am if you’re about to argue with me or go back-and-forth with me about this I’m gonna pay and go because I’m not arguing with you that’s why I have money so I can pay for what I want. How does she know that I have the time to go back-and-forth with her about two dollars .... I have lived in Fox Chase for I don’t know how many years since 2014 I’ve been coming to this chipotle since then I have never experienced any issue in this chipotle before until today.... your business isn’t doing the right thing. There should be exceptions when there’s a veggie bowl. And there should be a understanding that the young lady in the front who is serving my food the young lady who ring me up and the manager who comes out are all ambassadors of chipotle they’re all representing your company so they should have that the customer service down to the higher standard.... do better and be prepared other consumers to get in trouble with this young ladies manager if you don’t agree with her I’m glad I didn’t get a spanking today. I had to edit this review once I got home because I wrote the first part of it down to where that says the speaking today while I was in the parking lot before I drove off I came home and I put my food on a plate on top of a tortilla chip because it’s not enough food obviously to fill me up and I go to take the first bite of my food and there’s a long hair hanging from it this is disgusting after all the drama that I just went through to get this food on top of that now somebody’s nasty hair is in...
Read moreI am normally very happy with eating Chipotle from the Foxchase location but recently something has changed and I'm not happy with it. My husband and I normally order Chipotle every Friday night via online takeout for our date night. However, on Feb 4, 2022 and Feb 11, 2022 we received cold food both times. On Feb 4th, I thought it was because I was a little bit late picking it up. But the meat in my chicken tacos was actually cold, like refrigerator cold, not lukewarm from sitting too long. I thought, "Hmmm?" and ate it anyway but I felt mildly unwell the next morning. Then on Feb 11th, again my chicken in my tacos was cold. This time I arrived early to pick up my order and I watched my order being made. I could see it sitting there, 3 taco shells, in the row of orders to be made. It looked like the person making it was waiting for something in order to finish my order because she wasn't adding anything to the taco shells. An alarm went off and she turned it off and then finished my order. I immediately brought my order home, no more than 5 minutes later and again my chicken was cold as if it had come out of a refrigerator. My food used to be piping hot. I don't understand what's happening. The next morning both my husband and I felt ill (he always gets a burrito bowl) and I had a headache too. We don't feel it's safe to eat at this location and have stopped ordering from this location after 2 weeks in a row of cold food and feeling sick afterwards. We used to come here very often for the past 8 years at least, but today October 10,2023, at 5:55PM, we received the worst service ever, they had a inexperience lady at the front trying her best with no one shadowing her, and also with no help whatsoever, she put things in my bowl and I didn’t asked for, took for ever, and when she received help, they were laughing, zero professionalism, they didn’t fold my quesadilla before putting in the oven so the whole cheese was burned, they gave me the quesadilla with no sides and after then, I just didn’t want the quesadilla anymore which I already paid, I show my frustration to the cashier and they didn’t even try to make it better or didn’t even try to approach the situation, when I asked about my quesadilla the guy in the register asked the one who was serving food about it and she said in Spanish “yo no fui la Que la hice” meaning I am not the one who made it and don’t even care to see that the quesadilla was next to her.
