Worst Jimmy Johnâs experience to date. We stopped in here on 9/8/23 looking for a quick meal. I normally enjoy eating at Jimmy Johnâs, but bad dynamics among the crew made this Jimmy Johnâs visit a rough one. The blonde kid who took our order was the main problem. Not too friendly, and disinterested in being there. He spent more time chatting up the girls behind the counter than he did doing his job. He made one of our wraps, but did it wrong according to the brunette girl who tried to explain his error, but he didnât care and laughed it off. The brunette girl made the other wrap. No idea which wrap was which because they werenât marked and I got no indication from her as she just put them on the pick-up counter and turned away to do other things. I didnât think it would be a big deal as I thought my wife and I could figure it out, but both wraps tasted exactly the same so who knows what we got. Went back up to get some ranch dressing because my wrap was pretty dry and stood there for a while waiting. The big guy working the drive-thru looked like he was all business and hustling to take care of his customers, but was frustrated because his sandwiches werenât getting made and he was waiting on the other employees. The blonde male, who still wasnât doing anything productive, was complaining to a blonde female (who I think was the manager) about some issue he had and that he was going to tell everyone to shut up and such. He was getting all pissy with her and she was trying to calm him down. I got âdinner and a showâ, but all I wanted was a decent dinner experience, which didnât happen. I feel bad for the employees who have to work with him.

   Read moreThis is the worst Jimmy Johns! I am very disappointed with the customer service. If could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I came here today and I ordered a Club Lulu with NO LETTUCE AND NO TOMATO. He ordered the Beach-Club regular. When we got our Sandwiches my Sandwich had everything on it and my boyfriend's plain. I took them back to the counter explaining the issue and showed them my receipt. I honestly don't usually do that, but I hate scraping lettuce of my sandwich. He apologized and brought the new sandwiches to our table. If they had been correct I would have left happy and wouldn't be writing this review, but this was not the case. Not only did they mess it up again they did the exact same thing they did before.
When I took them back for the second time the employee tried to convince me I was just confused and opened the wrong sandwich when we first received our order. I'm sorry, but there is a huge difference between a Club Lulu and a Beach-Club. For one The Lulu has bacon and the Beach-Club has cucumbers which is ridiculous seeing as the sandwiches are pretty different seeing as the Beach-house has cucumbers on it and Lulu has Bacon.
Let me point out my boyfriend and I were having a nice day and were planning on sitting there and eating after they finally gave us the right order a Sloppy order, we left and ate them at home. The sandwiches were gross it's almost like they took the lettuce and tomato from my sandwich and threw it on my boyfriends and re-made mine.
I am really disappointed in the horrible service and will never be returning to this...

Now I am in Alexandria MN for awhile and I am 5.2 miles according to google maps on main roads and highways to get to where I am at. In the twin cities this would be a no nothing delivery. But what did the person say when I called them on the phone. They are restricted to 4 miles in a town that is spread out almost in a 10 mile radius. Clearly Jimmy Johns does not want the business which makes me and my family very sad. I will be second guessing myself when I go to a different town and think about ordering from here again. You are a very foolish company for not taking the entire town into your delivery area, and if need charge for it. Everyone else does.
