They forgot an item on my order, despite ordering though the app (no way of getting the order wrong that way, if you just LOOK AT THE FULL ORDER).
They called my number and I had to wait over 10 minutes while they gave the item I was waiting for, away to other customers.
And the salad I ordered had old lettuce in it.
Finally someone asked me what I needed, and I told them nicely that I was still waiting on my Frape.
Then finally they scrambled to look for my order and and confirmed I was shorted an item. Even still, I waited nicely and saw them make the frape and still added it to someone else’s order.
After getting my frape, I asked the lady “is there something I get for the trouble?” Because their sign said “if your order isn’t right, we’ll make it right”.
She rudely said, I don’t know, ask a manager.
Then proceeded to do her duties. Was I supposed to yell for a manager? Did you want to get them for me, miss?
Awkwardly, a manager walks up, whispers something to the girl that I spoke with, and she looks at me and says, “is there something you need”, I said, I’m waiting to speak with a manager.
“I’m a manager, what do you want?”
“I waited for a while to get my full order, even after seeing my drink given to those that ordered after me, is there something I get for the trouble?”
“No” -rudely
“Your sign says that if there is an issue with the order, you’ll make it right.”
“Yeah. You got your order, right?”
“Yes.”
“So we made it right”
“They completely forgot about my drink and I watched them give it away to others, I waiting, that’s an inconvenience..”
(Interrupts) “so what you want a pie or something”
“Can I get a cookie instead”
“No. Only a pie”
“No thank you. I’ll be writing a review of my experience. Thanks.”
The manager then came to my table with cookies and explained how she just got in and didn’t know what happened, and protocol is to give only a pie because it’s less expensive... blah blah blah excuses.
I calmly explained that her demeanor when I asked for something for the trouble was rude and not friendly. She said, shaking her head “no, that was not the case. I’m sorry you feel that way, but I was not rude or make a face”. Ok, lady.
No thank you, to the cookie. Thanks though!

I order off the kiosk two McDoubles with no pickle, no onion no mustard add mayo, and I received a full made McDouble that obtained all ingredients, but mayo, and I specifically asked for only ketchup and mayo through the kiosk. I brought it back, explain to them only mayo and ketchup to only receive it back to me the same exact way no remake or corrected only they added mayo with the same burger then I received it back to find out it was wrong once again so now I am asking them once again after I walked to my vehicle can they only add mayo and ketchup with the cheese regardless there’s no receipt paper in the kiosk to show that I did in fact click and customize my McDouble I use McDonald’s app very often so I’m sure I am good at working the chaos correctly. It’s just a mistake that they could have corrected in the beginning. That branch definitely could be improve with respectful managers. I highly don’t recommend this branch. The lady there was already irritated and yelling at me and I asked her if she was having a bad day she was one manager then she told the other manager to come and assist me that she can’t understand me, which is not my fault in any circumstances I am there just to place my order as the other manager approaches the counter. He already aggravated with me and aggressive through his communication with me. I simply asked could I have the burger made the way it was supposed to as I ordered, and he continue to argue with me did not enter it correctly, but this was my second time that I came back and explained it to them. The manager there were no type of help or there to set a good example for this store branch. Read more1100 PM. I ordered a salad, double fish filet and 2 strawberry cream pies. Even though the receipt said straw cream pies , which were $1.98, the girl at the drive thru gave me 2 apple pies. I went back to the drive thru to straiten it out the manager was there who told me they were out of straw cream. My question is why didnt they tell me that. They just gave me 2 apple pies. The manager had a bad attitude and told to come to the window to return the pies for a refund. One of em I already bit into by the way. Sje then have me $1.53. I was like hold up, I paid $1.98. She said how's that and then told me the cost of 2 pies. I was just about to say dont you know the prices between the two pies r different when she just said dont worry about it and then gave me back the 1.98.
The thing is why didnt she just give me an extra apple pie then I would b happy and gone about my business, but to have me give her the freakin pies back. REALLY!! Free food keeps my mouth shut
