Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Alexandria

I wish I could give them a -0 Star. I live in Texas but I'm originally from Alexandria,I was on my way out back to Texas so I stop to get something to eat before leaving. I pulled in the 2nd drive thru and it was 2 vehicles ahead of me once I got to the speaker to order I sit there 15 minutes and I watched car after car pull up order and move in the 1st drive thru. So the 2 cars behind me backed up and went over to the 1st drive thru and so did I after again waiting 15 minutes, so after we moved over here comes a employee to put up the orange cones to close the lane, that's was the rudest and most inconsiderate thing I ever seen so you tell me they couldn't said this lane closed, or sent the employee out and said after you this lane is closed. So that means they watched me at the speaker and never said a word! So after getting my food and getting on the highway to head to Texas I open the box to eat and the tenders was maybe the size of a pinky finger and the bread was NOT DONE, I had to get home otherwise I would've went back and got my money back. When I stopped to fill my tank up I threw that right where it belongs in the trash and bought me a bag of chips to eat. I will NEVER waste my time or money there again. From not telling me the 2nd drive thru was closed to the small portion...

Horrible experience. I went to my local Cane’s Thursday night, and my order followed a large group. I ordered the box combo with no slaw, extra fries, and extra crispy chicken and fries. I notified the employee who took my order that I requested everything extra crispy. The cook rudely interrupted and insisted that the food was extra crispy because he had allowed additional cooking time. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and he abruptly argued with me in front of the other associates, stating he would drop the food again. Even the associates seemed displeased with his response, based on their conversation afterward.

When I finally received my order, it was incorrect—missing the extra fries. The same employee said he would have to drop the fries again. My food was drenched in grease, and when the fries came out, they appeared to have been cooked in chicken grease and were also soaked in grease. I’m very disappointed with both the disrespectful behavior and the quality...

i’m not a review kind of girl but literally this is so gross. this is the third time i’ve found hair buried deep into my canes, as i’m almost done eating it i find hair in the food, the first time i just found it in the box, second time i was 4 bites into my sandwich and there was hair inside of the sandwich, literally so so gross, didn’t eat there again for 2 months, and then today i’m halfway into my combo and i find hair. this is genuinely disgusting and i’m never coming to this location again bc hell no. please please tie your hair, i know some people wanna look cute for work but if it takes finding hair in my food as i’m halfway into it, then just stop. pls for gods sake like i’m genuinely so petrified and disgusted of myself for the hair i found. i’m literally disgusted by my own hair touching my food, and for it to be someone else’s hair is very very nasty. put ur hair up it’s not that hard. i don’t wanna find hair...
