I don't know if there's management on the night shift but, however we try to call and order someone keep up picking the phone and hanging up some we continue to call the last time they didn't hang up they pick the phone up and sat it down so we went there when we arrived there where no customer waiting only one customer in the drive thru I thought the could have been busy and a man on a bike talking with on of the employees she was putting six boxes of pizza on the back of the bike she quickly went in as we were entering she said there are no pizza ready it will be 45 minutes but why isn't there any pizza ready at 8 and the store close at 10 we asked was something wrong with the phone we had been trying to call she said the phone hasn't rung we told her of course because we are still on hold and it been 22 minutes she walk off there was another employee sitting rolling her eye on the y but customer service but I fought the manager on duty because the employee only going to do what allowed I will also be calling the store because they need someone who going to work and run the business correctly pizza is always good when I do get it but the workers and manager need to be trained or...

The lady running the window listed them, I asked her to repeat the second thing she said as I didn’t hear it and said I’ll take a pepperoni pizza. She said the total which was a little over $13 and I handed her $15 while thinking their prices really went up as I haven’t been here in so long. Looked at the menu and it is $5.55 for what I ordered and wondered why she charged me so much. Even though I had placed my order online and was waiting for the confirmation of it being ready, they saw that I was parked outside and assumed it was my pizza that was just becoming ready. At this point they went ahead and brought it out to my car without me even telling them what I was waiting for. I've ordered online before and gone to the drive up and been told to go park and come inside and get it myself out of the holding place so for them to not only see ahead of time what was needed but came outside to deliver it to me ahead of schedule.
