11/7/22. Food made incorrectly. Wait times too long!! Horrible management!! Placed my mobile order at 7:08pm. Mobile app said it was ready for pick up around 7:15pm. Walked in with no one in sight to attend to me along with one other customer already waiting for their order. Another customer comes in after me and is also waiting. No line in drive-thru. As I'm waiting in the front area, I see through the kitchen door window, someone sitting on a stool laughing. After waiting until 7:30pm, the customer who came in after me yells "HELLOOO??!!" Finally, someone comes out to help us. It was the same lady who was laughing in the back doing nothing. She helps the customer and then helps me. After waiting about 20-25 min, I get my order of 6 tacos!!! I drive home and find my order is all wrong and I can't eat it. I had to go drive back.
I speak to the manager, Simon and request my order be remade. Had to teach Simon step by step how to order on the app. I also tell him it's your responsibility to attend to the customers in the store. He responds we do have people in the front. I then told him the other customer who came in after me had to yell out "HELLO!!" I then told him anyone can come in here and steal anything. I also asked why is the food out in the pickup area. He stated they no longer put it in the pick up area because food is being stolen. Well, it's probably being stolen because no one is watching the front.
This isn't the first time I've ordered the same food here. In the end, I wasted one hour to get 6 tacos!! That's two round-trips!! What a waste of my time!! Why is this Taco bell service so slow even when there's no line in the drive thru? It's clear, Simon does not know how to manage this store. This place desperately needs new management. Simon has to go.
Also, look at this. Does this Mexican pizza look like the pizza they show in their app? I don't think so. The quality and service here just sucks. Fire the...
Read moreJust wanted to say thank you to the gentleman (manager maybe or should-be manager) working today at about 6pm. Some guy walked backwards away from the order stand and nearly ran into me as I approached the counter, I moved out of the way as he started walking back, which hey stupid behavior but whatever, I then attempted to walk around him to grab my take out order, but then he turns to me and starts yelling for ME to watch out etc. I imagine this guy is a jerk everywhere he goes, so I responded to explain HE was being rude and in fact walking backwards across the isle is inconsiderate and he needed to watch out for himself. Ironically, I would have apologized just to be polite even though he was in the wrong if he didn't start yelling. He continued yelling like he was the king of the world although he is clearly a person who is inconsiderate always the victim I'm sure this world is so mean to him. He had another staff member assisting him with the kisok so perhaps I am in the wrong for yelling at someone with a mental decifit twice my size because seriously its a kiosk you shouldn't need a babysitter to use the technology. Anyways, the manager was kind enough to walk me to my car away from this mentally impaired guy. It was a very strange situation and I did escalate it by standing up for myself I suppose I could have cowered away like he is used to people doing. I don't think there is a clear way to respond for the Taco Bell staff, but I really appreciate the staff member who spoke to me for having any concern about it. So thank you! To all potential customers though it may be faster to go inside maybe stick to the drive through guess I found the bad part...
Read moreFood was standard, apart from the lettuce stalks, but whatever. The only issue I had was when my hypoglycemic girlfriend ordered a small drink, expecting there to be unsweetened tea, there wasnt any dispensers out in the dine in area. Once I asked for unsweet tea, the cashier kindly filled the cup with "unsweet" tea from behind the counter and gave it back. My girlfriend almost vomited from how sweet it was. I calmly approached the counter and asked for UNsweet tea, and the cashier notified me that she had given me unsweet tea. After all, she pressed the button for UNsweet tea, so it was beyond comprehension that the tea was actually very very sweet. I took a sip in front of her and confirmed that it was indeed sugar-filled leaf juice and proceeded to ask if there was any unsweet tea in the place. There wasnt. I was offered a free blast, or whatever, but that kind of defeats the purpose of avoiding sugar due to a medical condition.... never going back.
Also, I want to add that this place has literally 3 parking spots and the employees park in those spots. When I worked in the restaurant business, it was required that employees park away from the property so customers could use the best spots. My guess is management is a joke...
