The Perfect Pita — Restaurant in Alexandria

Discriminatory to People of Color: They refused to let me use the restroom unless I bought food first, but a White Woman before me got to use the restroom before she purchased something. I had stopped in to buy my lunch there, but needed to use the restroom first. They said that because I had not bought my lunch yet I was not a customer so I could not use their bathroom. I quickly purchased a small item and opted to leave it outside of the bathroom on the counter. I was disappointed with Perfect Pita. I did buy my lunch there to follow through, but they won't have to worry about me asking to use their bathroom before buying something again because I will never be back. What a lovely little gem on Kings in old town Alexandria. The staff was super friendly and welcoming right when we walked in. The menu had a ton of enticing options. Food came out quickly, was super fresh, and all three of us loved our meals. Got the Gyro myself. The meat was flavorful and the pita was perfect. The girls got breakfast pitas and loved them. Got the snack pack with the jalapeno humus too and it has the perfect kick. A really refreshing and authentic place to get away from all the American and Italian restaurants...

I ate here twice pizza the first time was good. Today I ordered a steak and chicken pita sandwich. I get a pickup order. Get back to my office. Open it up there's 2 flies in my sandwich. Small gnats still alive. I feel sick thinking about it. I will never eat at a place that is dirty and has bugs. They seemed clean at the location but I never really looked at them in the kitchen cooking it. I usually will look to see if a place as flies in the place. If a food place is not clean...
