I don't know if it is because this place is new, but on several different occasions, my app order was messed up.
The first time I came here, I tried to go through the drive-thru after placing an app order. After waiting for about 10 minutes in a seemingly un-moving line, I got to the ordering window and was greeted in a confused manner when I told the woman I placed an app order. When I arrived at the actual window (about another 5 minutes later), she said she didn't see an order and the manager said there was no order. The app seemed to have glitched up. Fine, technology malfunctions, I will let that go.
The second time I ordered, I went inside. The app order displayed on the order window, but it stayed stuck there. After waiting 10 more minutes, I had to tell the cashier that I had an app order and that I was waiting for a long time. I told her what I ordered and she checked with the barista, who then brought my drink out from behind the counter. They had me waiting more than 10 minutes after they had already made my drink, but never called my number? All the other McDonald's I've been to automatically just call out the number. After all, once you check-in on the app, it is presumed you are already at that location.

Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The store is supposed to be open until 11 PM, but when my friend and I arrived a little before 9 PM, the doors were already locked. We are two young women and were left standing outside knocking on the door for a long time, but the staff inside completely ignored us. It was only after a man also tried to enter that someone who appeared to be a manager finally opened the door.
The manager told us that the dining area was closed because they only had two employees working. However, it was clear that there were more people working in the back. We explained that we had placed an order for pickup at the counter, but he insisted that we could only take our food to go and couldn't sit inside the restaurant.
To make matters worse, when I finally got my order, it was missing fries and dipping sauce for the nuggets. When I pointed this out, the employee was visibly annoyed and rudely threw the sauce into my bag, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the early closure without any communication was extremely frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent this from happening to...

Ask for medium coffee with 6 creams inside. I got black coffee. The one what took me over Edge was I ask male employee for a bag to take home the left ovet delax breakfast and the extra egg Mc muffin that the cashier took the wrong order. The male employee becomes over wit a small bag I said that the left over breakfast wasn't going to fit in the bag then gave attitude and a very disrespectful tone of voice. I call for the Manger to complaint about a tone of voice and attitude this young punk gave me and about the bad service I got at this Mc Donalds starting with the cashier taking my orders wrong how I was given a number for table service and they still called up my number to pick up my food. Other people who got numbers for table services got table service.
