Uber eats drivers please be careful picking up orders from this restaurant. When I picked up the order from this restaurant today, the woman working at the front desk did not pack the food properly when I picked it up. I saw that the paper bag was broken. I told her to replace the new bag for me. Instead of doing that, she put a plastic bag over it. When I took the order to the car, the bag was totally broken, so I went back to the restaurant and told her to repack it for me. I don't want to be held responsible for the restaurant staff's poor packaging. It was not my problem. It's the restaurant's basic responsibility to make sure the packaging is good. If the order was damaged during delivery, then it is the driver's fault. But the order was already damaged at the restaurant when the driver picked it up. The restaurant staff should make sure that the packaging is proper. I believe that customers do not want their orders to be damaged. However, she was very upset that I asked her to repack it. She did not apologize for her poor packaging that caused the bag to break. Instead, she was very impatient and rude. When she finished repacking, she gave me thumbs down. The reason she gave me a thumbs down just because I asked her to repackage. Very terrible...

Really love this place. Just discovered this place about 2 to 3 weeks ago and I've been here about 5x. They offer all you can eat and a la carte option which is great depending on how hungry you are. Nights and weekends are about $33 to $34 for all you can eat. Their a la carte has are 50% off selected rolls which is about $7 to $8 for 6 pieces. Nigiri are about $1 each with a minimum of 5 pieces. The sushi is fresh and delicious.

The reason why I knocked down one star is due to being overcharged. Pay close attention to your receipts prior to paying. Two out of the 5 times I was there, we were over charged on our beer. Both times were by the same guy. Skinny Asian guy with round glasses and blonde hair that's growing out. The first time was our first visit and my husband got the all you can drink option for $15 and they charged us extra for a glass of beer. I mentioned it to the waiter and he was kind enough to take it off our bill. The other time was also with him and he charged us for 2 glasses of beer ($5 each) instead of 1 bottle ($4) and 1 glass. It wasn't that big of a deal for us since it was only $1 difference so we didn't bother saying anything and just gave $1...

Food is decent but beware of their online site if you order on their site. There is a delivery section. Business owner needs to remove that because they are lying to their customer. I was called by Julie saying they don't do delivery service. Okay no problem Please refund the delivery fee. She said it can't be done. Then please cancel the order and I will make one for pickup.

She said she is new and would get assistance and call back which is fine. She called me back and said the order has been cancelled and to make one for pickup. 2 days later, both charges went through on my credit card. I went in on Friday and she said her manager is not there and to come back on Saturday and that I need to show proof that it went through. How is this my responsibility to needing to go back to right a wrong. Gas price is near 7 dollar a gallon. Disputing it through my credit card for 114...
