Wendy's — Restaurant in Alhambra

I would like to ask the owner what happened to Wendy's or are all of these changes up to you the franchisee your bathroom smelled you have baked potatoes that are rather nice but I want butter for my baked potato if you've got real sour cream why can't you get real butter we're talking a real potato we're not talking about some french fries and your shift manager the cashier was more professional than the shift manager and they use Heinz mayonnaise I mean really you guys have lowered your quality in so many ways I have been going to Wendy's for probably over 40 years since I was in college I'm 64 and I started going to Wendy's when I was 19 years old Don't you care what your customers think the food really it's just so yucky we get some real butter for the mashed potatoes there is no more grilled chicken sandwich I mean don't you want your customers to be happy or do you want to just keep feeding them garbage garbage so disappointed and your bathroom smelled I do not want to eat food but have to go into a bathroom that smells gross and nasty these people are getting paid $20 an hour in the state of California Don't you even care about anything anymore...hey owner are you new or you don't care?...you should at least give us one item free for all the extreme hassle! Could you please clean bathroom properly...please! Had to have husband hold door just to use sink...did not like, it was distressful to use bathroom! You need to implement a correct sanitary system! Your people seem lazy and unorganized due to shift supervisor...guy could care less! Please make this up to me, Wendy's use to be so much fun and now it is just upsetting! If you could properly clean it would make me happy...just assign a few extra hours to clean please and wash ketchup area with bleach water mix to keep flies away and sanitize, please....thank you people could get seriously ill I erased your damn app...place is disgusting don't respond to review...owner cares about nothing but money...greedy Chinese...I would not recommend this place to a dog or the devil...makes you...

The photo was taken at Wendy's, 1201 E Valley Blvd, Alhambra, CA 91801. At around 5:00pm in the evening, All my family was eating at this restaurant. I didn't know when n where to drop my wallet here accidentally. when I was looking for my wallet at home 8:40pm in the evening, I knew that my wallet has lost. I thought that means all kinds of ID documents, licenses, and bank cards were gone... I feel like a heavy blowing on my head... anxious... uneasy... worried... looking around I couldn't find it at home or in the car... I was on the verge of collapse... At this time, My wife remembered that the wallet might be lost in the Wendy's. I took the attitude of trying it out to driving to Wendy's depressedly and helplessly... the result... actually …Find! I arrived on 5/21/2020 drive thru I ordered over 20 bucks worth of food i ask for extra sauce BRYAN the cashier was very rude wants to charge me 0.25 cents. I have been to many Wendy's before I never had a rude person until I dealt with BRYAN,, no customer service skills at all he needs to be trained in talked to or be fired. I thought I would never encounter a problem. Wendys has always been nice until tonight I felt like I wasn't loved as a customer at this restaurant. BRYAN was horrible and I ask for ketchup and he only throws 2 at my face. Wow wendy's lack of rude employees has let me down! i am very sad about this. i thought I would never find horrible service at this Wendy's until BRYAN was working. I been to the one in El Monte and the new one in Irwindale, all very nice staff over there. Wow I'm still shocked to get horrible service at this location.
