Incompetent and dismissive staff. Dealing with this staff, more specifically Fabio (if he actually gave me his real name), was beyond frustrating. They are complacent, condescending, and completely unwilling to handle even the simplest concerns. Instead of problem-solving, they rush to get you off the phone, offering no real assistance. Their go-to response? “Call corporate”, which is just an automated message that dumps you into an email black hole with no real human support. The lack of accountability and basic customer service here is unacceptable. If you actually need help, don’t expect to get it from them. I had a free 2-topping pizza coupon that I couldn’t redeem because it was online delivery only, but when I went to check out, I was suddenly required to meet the store’s $23 order minimum. Completely misleading if the offer is for a free pizza. I called for help, and all they could say was “Weird.” “Never seen that.” “Maybe call corporate.” No solutions, no effort, just an excuse to get me off the phone. When I explained that I couldn’t just pick it up in-store because the coupon was delivery only, the genius on the other end hit me with his best attempt at logic: “Well, if I was giving you a free pizza, you’d still have the coupon.” If that’s the level of critical thinking they’re working with, it explains a lot.

The manager here now is a completely useless and rude old woman who I've unfortunately had several terrible experiences personally speaking to throughout the past few months. She stops deliveries at 10pm when the old management allowed them RIGHT UNTIL CLOSING TIME as it should be (or else change the operating hours), as well as she hangs up on customers like myself who have anymore than one question before her patience runs out. She ignores your complaints and makes it obvious that she has no intent to providing minimum customer service with her attitude and blatant ignorance towards customer issues. This place used to be so good before she stepped into management and it's unfortunate because this location has been here in Aliso for many years but as of lately I haven't been able to order here due to the ridiculous delivery cut off times every night now. I love Dominos because of its late night hours but what's the point now that its refusing business during the last couple hours of operation. Absolutely disappointing. Read moreThis used to have consistent good and nice staff. We frequently ordered here. unfortunately, this is no longer true. We’ve had incorrect or errors in our orders, but it was usually only a single item- like Parmesan Bread having no Parmesan on it. But it wasn’t bad enough to say anything. Tonight’s order was awful. Half the pizza was completely inedible. What was supposed to be crispy crust was soggy and not cooked completely. We had a cookie brownie that also was not cooked through- cookie dough /brownie dough completely soft and fell out of your hands when you picked it up. I called to have items remade correctly since they were not edible it a refund. The woman refused. She would only give a 50 pre rent discount on our next order or rename the things “we had not continued” - she said that meant it must be 100 percent intact- so the bite we tried of it before calling meant they wouldn’t remake it. I said they are 99 percent there- just some spit in the trash, she said then they would not remake.
