Starbucks — Restaurant in Aliso Viejo

I visited your Starbucks today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The cashier was unable to understand my order — I asked for a drink without syrup and to use a sugar substitute instead. However, my drink was made with syrup, the matcha powder was poorly mixed, and all the foam on top was covered with bitter powder, making it impossible to drink. Besides the worst attitudes on the planet this store has had forever, I think their ability to craft Starbucks drinks needs everyone to be retrained because my order is different and wrong everytime somehow? The new Pumpkin chai latte didn’t taste like pumpkin… or chai… it was just straight up milk….and I order a pumpkin chai latte every year!! I go to the Starbucks inside Ralphs with my Niece quite often, and I have to say That Ms. Kamini is the reason why. I consider her a "GREAT ASSET" to Starbucks and that is the reason I chose to write this review. Ms. Kamini is always pleasant, efficient and I know she has integrity because she ALWAYS there working so hard. I just felt her employer needs to know what a WONDERFUL employee Ms. Kamini is. Good people are hard to find.
