First time ordering from Bella's thought we would try something new tonight. Ordered our pizzas had them delivered. One of our pizza was a special order it was minus an item that we didn't want on it. Well it's Friday night and they were very busy but I called back up there and explained about the item on the pizza. The guy who answered the phone asked me to please hold so he could get the manager. Guy gets on the phone asked me what we ordered and what was on the pizza. He agreed that it was a mistake and offered to remake the pizza and have it right to us. I said thank you and hung up. It wasn't very long and they showed up to deliver the fresh made corrected pizza. My husband went out to get the pizza and to tip the driver. The gentlemen said no to the tip as he was the owner and apologize for the mistake. What an outstanding way to handle it. The pizza is amazing best pizza we have had in years!! Thank you for making this right in such a professional way. We definitely will be a...
Read moreI been here twice. I got a cheese pizza last week and then one day later I ordered the steak and cheese with onions since I was told it was really good. I will illustrate in pics here and it's clear what one is the better one. The pizza was great, made well and a real decent price. Everything here is but now onto the steak and cheese. It was almost like if a steak and cheese was made like a gyro. They probably shoulda added tzastiki sauce instead of the garlic butter ..I actually never heard of garlic butter going on steak and cheese ever. I got it on the side as they'd dump the whole thing on otherwise. I just wasn't a fan of it. I'd give this place credit with red sauce stuff only. Get red sauce maybe a white pizza. I'd get a meatball or chicken parm next time here. They should advertise the steak as Steak gyro onion cheese instead and add tzastiki. Then it might be a hit but not when you want shredded steak, peppers, onions and the works with even a red pepper sauce. Good food overall,...
Read moreWe've been going to Bella's for over 20 years. The couple times we weren't pleased with something, Jim, the owner, personally came over to correct it. The variety on their menu never ceases to interest us - We've even tried their PB&J and it was actually good! Their Allen Parker with steak, red peppers, and onions with a white sauce is my personal favorite. The wife loves their Bella's Best that has junk I don't care for. Our daughter lives on their Bella's Super Dippers with extra garlic sauce. But the Monster New Yorker with Italian Sausage (we sprinkle with garlic salt & oregano) is glommed by all of us. Also, their ability to do custom pizzas is really cool - I had them replicate something called the Detroit Wheel (mixed cheese, no sauce, bacon, and mayo) that brought back memories of a grill across from the RenCen back in...
