My wife and I love coming here for lunch and getting their Bento boxes (They are so good and reasonably priced!). Due to pandemic and having a newborn at the time, we haven’t gone here since before my daughter was born, so we were really excited to go here for dinner and we were not disappointed in the slightest! One of the best things they have is their happy hour menu. The Spicy Tuna and Spicy Salmon rolls were awesome!! (The only small complaint i have is they ‘over sauced’ the Spicy Salmon a bit for me, but my wife loved it). All the sauces tasted home made and not out of a package like some have been known to do. We also dined upon the Edamame (which may daughter LOVED) and it was great as well as the happy hour drink prices. We really liked how accommodating they were with a toddler. My daughter has not been to many restaurants as of yet, and she can get a little loud at times. They never caused any issues, but thankfully she was also well behaved and had fun playing with the Edamame skin and the two bowls, kept her occupied the entire time while my wife and I got to enjoy all the Rolls! Next time we come we want to try the hibachi! We will be coming here for many years. The staff is so pleasant and nice and the food is top quality!

Disappointing Father’s Day Experience I went in with an open mind despite the slow start, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I had hoped for. After waiting over an hour for the chef to come to our table, the food was incredibly underwhelming. The dishes were bland, and the steak was overcooked, but the chicken was undercooked. My meal was also missing the udon I had specifically ordered. The service was lackluster, and it seemed like the chef gave more attention to the other family seated nearby, which left me feeling like there was some sort of bias 👋🏾. To make matters worse, the portions were smaller than expected, and the overall quality was disappointing for what was meant to be a special occasion. While I understand things can get slow on a holiday, this experience was not worth the wait. It felt like a combination of miscommunication and poor execution, and unfortunately, I left feeling dissatisfied. I hope the restaurant can improve its service and food quality in the future, but I won’t be returning

Very good Japanese Hibachi and Sushi restaurant. I have been here many times, but on this occasion, I was having lunch with my daughter. The service was excellent as the waitresses were attentive and friendly. My daughter had the bento box, which came with teriyaki salmon, white rice, two pieces of California roll, two Nigri rolls (one salmon toro and another tuna), tempura (one each of potato, sweet potato, zucchini, and two shrimps), a veggie egg roll, and house salad. It was a good value for what we paid. She enjoyed it for the most part minus the excessive amount of teriyaki sauce (she prefers light seasoning). I had the hibachi steak lunch portion (which is brought out to you as opposed to being cooked table side). My order came with about six ounces of grilled New York strip steak, fried rice, and grilled veggies (a mixture of onions, zucchini, mushroom, and carrots). The food came out hot and fresh. Since this is so close to our house, this is a place where our family would definitely come back and visit.

So disappointed in our experience at Nosoo.

We made reservations two weeks in advance via phone for hibachi for a small group at 7pm. We were asked at the time if we could come earlier (6pm) which we agreed to.

We were called days before and asked to come at 5pm instead which we did not agree to. From then it was clear we were going to be rushed and pushed through for a then realized homecoming dinner rush.

Our service was absolutely shocking.

Three of our six meals were incorrect. One steak being mistaken for shrimp and all steaks being over cooked WELL DONE after several specific requests for RARE & medium rare, even after cooking a new steak delivered medium well results.

Our chef wasn’t there to do anything except churn us through as fast as possible. Zero engagement, not a single “trick” or show of ‘hibachi’ was done. Which was crazy because the other chef in the room was taking his time to hosts his paying customers.

Surrounded by exclusively high school students, as adults, it was service that showed its only about a dollar not a customer experience. And clearly not smart about a dollar, as we would have enjoyed alcohol and taken our time had they not been out of the two wines requested AND been rushing us through.

On top of it all, an autograt of 20% was added which is laughable because half of our food should have been comped.

Then I’m an effort to remove the grat, they took 30 THIRTY minutes to correct it while asking us to move and wait in the other dining room so that they could use the table.

Arrival 6:00pm - delivered checks at 6:40 - didn’t leave until 7:20 after gratuity was resolved.

Super disappointed, glad there are enough other local options and chains to choose from that this isn’t a loss.

Too bad because the atmosphere and ambience could...

If I could give zero stars, I would. (keep in mind there was about 10 people in the restaurant total) This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience of my life and I’m not being dramatic, they earned this review.

We were seated and then abandoned for an hour and a half before a chef even appeared. No updates, no drinks, no apologies just us, sitting there, slowly losing our will to live. By the time the chef finally arrived, we were starving, but apparently that hunger was in vain.

Every single order was wrong. Not just a little wrong completely unrecognizable. Meat was undercooked, vegetables were missing, sauces weren’t used (did y’all forget teriyaki is the whole point of hibachi?), and absolutely no seasoning. It was like someone boiled chicken, threw it on a plate, and said “Enjoy.”

The portions were a joke I’ve had more food in a kid’s meal. I had to ask for a fork three times not just for me, but for all THREE of us. It was like basic cutlery was a foreign concept to the staff.

The poor server spent the whole time apologizing for the kitchen, for the wait, for the mistakes, for everything. They remade our food so many times we eventually just gave up and said “Don’t bother.” We didn’t even get a discount or a gesture of goodwill for the nightmare they put us through.

I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes here, but this place needs to shut down immediately. The chaos, the confusion, the lack of care — it was truly unbelievable.

Do yourself a favor: run, don’t walk, in the opposite direction. This isn’t just a bad hibachi spot. It’s a culinary black hole. i wouldn’t have even came here if tokyo harbor didn’t have a long wait (and i was SUPER excited to try something new) extremely...

I dine out at least 2 times a week, most weeks are 3+ times, and this was, without question, the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. We called ahead to make sure that the Hibachi was a lunch option and when we arrived, they had a table set for us. It then took 20 minutes for anyone to ask us for a drink order, and that was 5 minutes AFTER I had to get up and ask if we were going to get drinks. We placed our entire order with our drinks. It took us 5 minutes to get waters. THEN it was 40 minutes until our chef came to cook for us. I wish I could give the chef 5 stars because he was so fast and the food was good. We asked to speak to a manager 2 times, no manager came to our table. After our meal was over, we were finally paid a little attention by the server. We let her know that she forgot our soup and she argued with us and we had to correct her and requested it to-go and get to-go boxes. That took another 10 minutes. When she finally returned, we were ready to pay and she came right back to our table with the receipts. For the first time EVER I did not leave a tip and neither did my friend. As we were getting in the car- the server CAME OUT and asked us why we didn't tip. ARE YOU KIDDING??? She told us that she doesn't get the tip and its for the cooks, I asked for the name of our cook and she couldn't tell me.

This was the first time we ever tried this place and we will...
