This was my first time at this store. I'm new to the city and have always shop in store or online. I felt like today at this location I was profiled as a black woman. I've had my account with you all for years, but the minute they saw me, I assume they felt threatened. This made me so uncomfortable and I will never shop in this store ever again. Please teach your associates, that all black people aren't bad. I pay my bills just like everyone else and I have a right to shop wherever. Just g or this, I will be closing my account. Read moreOrdered online and opted for curbside pickup. Per the instructions in the email from Loft, I called to let them know I was parked and was infront of the store to pick up my order curbside. There was silence, I asked the employee, Kim Cook, what she needed from me to get my order. She stated an umbrella. I said sorry I don't have one, then she rudely said, can't you come in and get your order? I had to go in because she didn't want to deliver it curbside. Horrible customer service at Allen. Read moreI had Gabby help me and she was great. Thanks G!! She was busy with a couple of other Ladies, so I waited and went to the "clearance Rack". Straight to the back!! 🤣👋 When she was done, she came right over and asked if I needed assistance. I was with my mom and it was her first time at Loft!! She got my order for Me, then helped my mom with some clothes and sizing. She was cheerful and not "old and bitter". Gabby has "good energy". ❤️❤️ Grateful. I hope She is there again...
