If there was a negative raiting I would give negative 1000 to this so called "law firm". The only good thing about this company was Miranda Craddock who was the lawyer one would want to hire, that's why I signed up with them after having an initial consultation with Miranda, however Miranda left the firm in the middle of my case and they assigned Ben Votava to me. Ben is a disgrace to law. I do not understand how Ben passed his bar exam, he does not know anything about law he is supposedly practicing, he is plainly dumb and on top of that he is disrespectful to his clients. Can you imagine a "lawyer" who does not answer his client's emails and the only way to get a hold of him is to call the office and ask the admin to chase him down, so he would call me back ? He just does not know what emails are for. Also, he would not inform me about the date change of the hearing, absolutely unbelievable ! I only found out about this by accident from the other party. After all this experience I asked his boss, Josh Andor to handle my case, but I guess he was too busy, so he dropped me, withdrew himself from my case very close to the hearing. Long story short - awful experience, this "firm" is a total...
Read moreI give a 1 only because you brought in the Fox firm otherwise your firm is possibly a good one. I had Mrs. Fox as a court appointed attorney for almost 2 years and she did nothing. Not one motion was filed. The best plea I got with her as my lawyer was 2 years probation for resisting arrest plus some other things I had to do. Hired a lawyer after I realized how crooked Collin county was and he filed several motions in a week and also got it reduced to time served resisting arrest withon 2 weeks, instead of going to trial for assault to an officer. Mrs. Fox lied to me at least one time that I have proof of. See Mrs. Fox, I told you I would not report you to the bar.
In response to your reply: Why were no motions filed the whole time she represented me? Almost Two years. That's not representing to the best of someone's ability. I never went to jail either. Just as I said I received times served of 1 day in jail. Mrs. Fox told me we were not allowed to call witnesses to trial. Isn't that part of the reasoning for a trial. If someone can't do thier job at all times with integrity how can they be trusted. My first lawyer that dropped me just like Mrs. Fox did was because I would not...
Read moreOur family found ourselves in a very difficult situation a couple of years ago and we had no idea what to do. We spent weeks interviewing many lawyers and there was no doubt Mr. Wadas was the one we wanted by our side during the hardest days we had ever faced. Mr. Goheen joined Mr. Wadas later to help with my cases. They put in great effort to get my two severe cases dismissed. From beginning to end they answered my questions in a very timely manner, always kept in the loop of any developments, and helped ease any concerns or anxiety I had regarding the cases. They are knowledgeable, very sharp, kind, straight forward and never sugar-coated any situation or possible outcome. They genuinely cared about my cases and fought to ensure that an innocent person wasn’t bullied by the legal system and negotiated with the prosecuting attorney the best results for me.
We simply can't say enough to express our gratitude to them. I would strongly recommend Mr. Wadas and Mr. Goheen for their...
