We visited on a Sunday afternoon for ladies brunch and chose to sit in the open air section. They have a lovely ambiance. There were few customers only and we felt like we have the place to ourselves for a quick photo shoot, lol. Although, there wasn’t much of rush, the server who was waiting us took pretty long to come back for taking our food order. It took a while even for the drinks to be served but the drinks were good and they took care of my dietary restriction. My friends tried two different types of beer and liked both. I don’t recall the names though. The server was friendly. The food was mostly good. We ordered two types of wings - 1) Seoul spice - expected it to be spicy but it was bland with no specific taste punch and, 2) lemon pepper - which was good. If we talk about the quality of wings per se, all of us felt that the wings itself was way too dry and didn’t feel fresh and the celery served with it was stale. We also ordered Pimento cheese dip - the dip was just ok but the crostini was good. Onion rings were good. Pizzas - The Roma and Bianca Diablo were both good. We were celebrating birthdays of two of our friends but it was a bummer that they didn’t have any dessert that day. Overall, it was a good experience.

This place is awesome! I can't say enough good things about the staff, the food, the beer, the atmosphere! We had a 1pm reservation on Saturday afternoon for a 40th birthday party, with 13 people, 3 of whom were kids. They sat us upstairs in the loft area so it basically turned out to be a private party. We brought balloons, decorations, and cake, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating about making this a really special occasion for us. They have Foosball, shuffleboard, and oversized Jenga, so kids AND adults were entertained. We ordered a large variety of appetizers, we shared a bunch of pizzas, and one of us had a wrap and one had a Beast Burger, too. Every bite was delicious. Do not skip appetizers. That bruschetta with goat cheese was insanely good. K-pop eggrolls, French fry flights, cheese curds, dips were all devoured. I loved the Miss Figgy pizza. We enjoyed the beers, we had a lot of Lagers and Blondes and Red. We stayed about 3.5 hours. A big thank you to David, our fantastic server who was a joy to meet -- and to everyone at Bru Daddy's for making this a really fun, memorable celebration. On top of all that, I thought the total price tag was a great value for the experience we had. We loved this place!

We walked-in at 6 pm on a Friday evening to a relatively empty restaurant, and were asked if we had reservations! After confirming that we didn't, we were seated at a table pretty close to the entrance door and were not given a table of our choice on request, stating there were reservations! That was slightly disappointing, but two things that did go perfect for us that evening was our waitress/server who was very friendly, and cheerful; and of course their beers! We were literally there for 45-mins and wanted to try out their local brews and got a chance to try out Haze Daddy ($7 - 16oz) - so far, the best NEIPA I've tried! We also tried their Winter Dreamz ($7 - 16oz) which was good too. Service was excellent, we didn't get to try their food, noise levels were on the lower end, and by 6:50 when we got out, the place did get busy!

First time at Hop Daddy's Tuesday February 4th. We were going to the Kiss concert at PPL Center and decided to give Hop Daddy's a try. I must say the place was packed when we arrived, yet it only took about 5 minutes for our party of four to be seated. We sat all the way in the back of restaurant next to the brew making equipment. That was cool! We made our beverage selections and ordered food. Even though the place was packed it only took about 25 minutes to get our food. I had their smoked wings which were really good. The other 3 in my party all had pizzas. The pizzas were flavorful but i tried a piece of my wife' margherita pizza and i have to agree with some of the other reviewers that the crust/dough was a bit undercooked for my tastes. But my wife loved it so happy wife, happy life.lol! We asked the person that came out with the food to find our server and remind her that we all ordered another round of drinks 20 minutes prior but had not recieved them nor had we seen her since. He reported back to us that he informed our server and she'd get them right away. We all finished our dinner and still no drinks. One of our party had to go and find our server so we could actually pay for our meal and get to the concert. Of course she appologized profusely when she came to the table. Quite frankly, it wasn't her fault that 3 people called off that night , which threw everything out of whack. It just put a bit of a damper on the experience. We will definitely be going back to try it again. I loved the atmosphere of the old building which was redone nicely. The beer was good. I actually enjoyed the hard cider they had on tap the best. The food prices were also very reasonable IMO. Give Hop Daddy's a try. I think you will be...

Bru Daddy's is the place to go for fantastic food, service, and beer (even cocktails). They have some really good work week specials (Monday 50 cent wing night, Wednesday Pizza + Beer for $13-- both fantastic deals!) Bru Daddy's offers some fantastic food options; I really like the pizzas (K-Pop or Iron Pig), the new beast burger, the chicken sandwich, and the wings (get the beer glaze). Food is always consistently good and at a reasonable price. The service is here is also phenomenal. The staff always goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about each guest. Pete a server/bar tender is one of the best servers you will ever meet and a wonderful human being. The bartenders are fantastic too Alana, Justin, Chris, and Steph. The managers Scott and Travis keep things in good order. Travis does a lot of different things to ensure Bru Daddy's smooth operations and makes sure to keep patrons happy and comfortable. The beer menu here is also fantastic and varied. Bru Daddy's has a good mix of lagers similar liter beers, sours, and IPAs. For a brewery they also have very good cocktails. The Ryans, the owners, are a very nice family as well and have taken great care to ensure the standards of Bru Daddy's are upheld. Food quality is consistent and restaurant is kept very clean. If you are stopping by Allentown for a PPL center event this place is right next door and perfect. You should make sure to have reservations on these days because it does get very busy on PPL center nights-- especially for concerts. Heck, you should stop by this place even without a PPL center event. This is place to go for good food, good beer, and friendly service. It stands above in little Center...

Went with a group of 5 before a hockey game. Understandably busy. Not sure if the server was new, overwhelmed or simply rude. As someone who worked in the industry once upon a time, I like to give the benefit of the doubt. I will not nit pick but there was a lot of inconsistency and abruptness. I hope that was an off night. (We joked that they made him come out of the kitchen and be a server and he was mad) The only two critiques I am going to give are 1- our food came out at different times and that is always uncomfortable. It is this next one that I would hope will be noticed and truly addressed. We had someone in our group who asked if they had a non-alcoholic beer. Whether someone asks because they simply do not drink or they are in recovery, the depth of rudeness in the servers response was shocking. If we had the opportunity to leave and go somewhere else before the game, we would have. Of course we understand you brew your own beer but maybe you should have a non-alcoholic beer available. Not everyone likes mocktails. But more importantly, don’t make someone feel mocked because they ask. A little training for the staff. We like the food (although the extra long hair in my burger this time just made us laugh harder). The cauliflower bites are delicious but we will definitely think twice before making another...
