Little Sal's Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Allentown

Ordered plain slice of pizza, mozzarella sticks, kids spaghetti, garlic knots, 2 liter or sprite and French fries based off of what is on the Slice app. My order was messed up. No biggie it happens. Called the restaurant. I didn’t receive my French fries and was given Perogies that I didn’t order, the kids spaghetti has parmesan cheese on it (which was not specified on the menu) and the garlic knots have Parmesan cheese (which also isn’t specified on the menu). My call to the restaurant the lady that answered was super nice. I’m sorry we will make a new spaghetti and get your fries out to you. Awesome great. I get a call back from the Resturant and it’s a guy. He proceeded to argue with me and say that next time I need to write no “cheese” since they use cheese. I said well I didn’t need to specify that since the menu said everything that came with or on the food. I said I ate at plenty of Italian restaurants in the Valley and they are all different but majority do not put Parmesan on their garlic knots. But everyone is different. But at the same time if your listing everything that’s included on the food then don’t leave anything out because you have people that have restrictions or allergies. I was very respectful to the lady that answered the phone when I called and she understood where I was coming from and offered to replace the items but this guy that called me back was extremely rude and ignorant for no reason! He was yelling and over talking me. I told him he’s very rude and nasty and I would never solicit his business again and I don’t even want the food and to keep it! The pizza dough was so tough and chewy it made my mom sick, we bought three pies, after forcing ourselves to eat a slice of each pie, trying to find a reason to like it, my mother found herself sick instead, my jaw is still sore from the exertion of trying to chew each bite. At first when I complained I was promised a remake, but I didn't want them to waste their time making a remake for nothing, so I requested a refund instead, he said if one slice is eaten that's ok he can refund, unfortunately for us we ate a slice each, but you can't judge an entire order based off a single slice from a single pie, like I said, we were trying to find a reason to like it, but it was really bad, last time I had little sals, it was nothing like this at all, that was good pizza, so I don't understand what's happening now, I should've just taken the remake when he offered it, but when he refused to take back the pizza because two slices of each pie were eaten, he refused the refund, maybe if I sticked with the remake I would've...

Last night was the worst order I have ever had from them. I made the mistake of ordering in advance for a later delivery time, and man that was a mistake. Absolutely nothing was cooked fresh. It took the driver 6 minutes to deliver the food. The $12 mega fries were old and nasty. They were hot but the fries were dry and the cheeses were not even close do melted. You can tell they made it hours ago and either kept it under a heat lamp or just reheated it before delivery. Absolutely abysmal way to treat food for customers, especially potato products. Everyone knows you can never reheat potato products and have them taste good. They should be ashamed. The pizza was no better. It was not fresh. It had hard crust, and the cheese was not melted. The toppings were not even even, som slices just had all of the toppings just thrown in a section. They keep raising prices, yet the quality just keeps going down. This resturant used to have...
