McDonald's — Restaurant in Allentown

I was here 2 mornings w/ my youngest when her older sibling was taking Keystone Exams at the CCA service center down the road. Ordered the family breakfast so we'd also have something for the sib to eat when she was done. Pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns - all hot and tasty. This was probably the cleanest McDonalds I've been to in some time. They had cool decorations for the summer, the staff was very friendly and looked like everyone kept busy, not just standing around checking their phones every few minutes, plus the bathrooms were very clean. We stayed for over 1 1/2 hours each time, used the wifi to access school classes. No one gave us a hard time for being there so long. The first day another guy and his daughter came in for breakfast & used the wifi awhile too. It was nice we weren't the only ones doing this, lol. When we were leaving, some local Officers were getting breakfast as well. They were super nice to my daughter, who offered them our extra food. They politely declined. I hope the McD's gives those Officers breakfast on the house. I noticed many seniors come through for breakfast as well. Very nice restaurant for sure. We'll go again when we're in the area. Only giving 4/5 stars for food because it's a limited fast food menu, and for atmosphere because there are so many overhead speakers, you can't find a place to sit where you don't hear the radio / or the...

I ordered my food from some short-worded, yet efficient order taking employee. 12:48 my card was charged. I waited for my food at the window and was then told to pull into spot #1. 1:08 - still no food, so I walk inside. There is already a group of people talking amongst themselves about poor service. I inquire about my food to a different attitude-laced employee who cops a bigger attitude, delivers food to #2 spot and comes back inside to tell her coworkers what Im inquiring about. The same guy with braids who messed up my order 3 weeks ago comes over and asks what I need, so I explain to him what is going on. He proceeds to take care of me, get me hot food and tells me "I got you Sir" as if he did me some massive favor. 2 visits in one month and this will be the last time I go to this place. 1:17 is when I got my food and back out to my car to check the time again.

(Prior experience) my wife ordered mobile, I go to pick it up and they say they "can't find the order without her phone" and "without her phone they can't track the order" - YOURE NOT TRACKING HER PHONE ANYWAYS!!! I gave you the code and a screenshot of the order and you still wont give me the food....

This particular McDonald's was very poor with its housekeeping. Most of the tables were not wiped down and had a food debris on them. It seems that they didn't even wipe the tables down for that day and this was a visit at about 7:30 a.m. . There were no ketchup cups and I had to take ketchup packets, but the bins where the ketchup packets were or not clean and I was reluctant to use them. I started off getting the dr. Pepper but that was almost flat. Then went to the Diet Coke and the one tap did not even work so I went to the other machine. That one worked but it sure sprayed out soda to the side. The drain trough below the soda tabs were also filled with Gunk that's probably been there for a few days. The cashier was nice. I liked the theme of the McDonald's since it was classic car Americana and nicely decorated.
