UNCLES PIZZA — Restaurant in Allentown

I called these guys Saturday and, mistakenly ordered what I thought would be a "Philly Chessesteak", I'm from West philly so I know how they are made. There is only one way. The meat is fried and mixed up with the white cheese and, fried onions are mixed in as well if you want onions. They are generally included at most places and, you would have to tell them to hold the onions if you don't want them. Then it's served on a long roll. Simple right? Not for these guys. When I confirmed my order after they took my debit card info, they started talking about sauce on it. There is NO sauce on a philly cheese steak. If you have ever eaten one there you would know. I asked them what sauce? They insisted on putting a "sauce", on it even after I explained multiple times how to make my sandwich. I then canceled my order and, when I asked for a refund back to my debit card, I was told that the manager was out grocery shopping and, wasn't present to give a pin required for refunds. I said OK and, confirmed my phone number with them and, stated that I need the manager to call me regarding my refund. 10min later, I get a call back from the same guy confirming my order that I had already canceled! I reminded him that I only want a call from the manager. I never received a call, this is now 2 days later as I'm writing this and, my bank records are still showing that I was charged close to 20 dollars for a order that I never got and, had canceled before it was even made! I will never order from this place again and, I will be contacting my banks fraud...

Order a buffalo chicken pizza along with some other things. Menu says it comes with buffalo chicken blue cheese and mozzarella cheese. I got a pizza with regular pizza sauce with buffalo chicken. When I called the store to speak to a manager a child answer the phone. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me no one was really in charge and the manager wasn’t there. I said can I speak to anyone else is said they don’t speak English. I told him my pizza was wrong cause it didn’t have blue cheese and that I got a regular pizza with chicken that had hot sauce. The he then told me that the I should call back tomorrow if I wanted to be helped. This place charges five more dollars for a pizza that has buffalo Chicken and that not what the menu says. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, never offered to help me, never offered to make my pizza right. Find a pizza place that cares about customer service and makes what they say they’re gonna make on they’re menu. Oh and before all that when the delivery driver showed up the first thing he said to me when he was across the street on the other side when they said he was outside my house, the delivery driver asked if he was getting a tip. I've eaten here a few times now. The atmosphere is homely and pleasant. Every server has been courteous and a little conversational. This business seems to be continuing to grow. Though it can look under construction, this isn't a bad thing. In fact, I have the sense that certain kind of attention has gone into the dining area gives it the cozy feeling that exudes from the place.

What I tend to get here is 2 slices and a can of soda (at the time of this writing is 3.75) The bottom crust comes with an outer crunch with a semi dense dough. The mass was savory and chewy. What was very chewy was the cheese. The slices tend to not be very greasy. The spices give herbal notes jazz up the dough and cheese a little. The flavor isn't dynamic but it's good. The sauce gives the flavor variety but, just a little bit. It seems there isn't much going on with the sauce but it compliments the other ingredients. The cheese is a good substantial amount which I found to be too chewy once and a while.
