Holy cow, thier pastries are some of the best I've had. I can feel alot of TLC in these. They do no skimp at all on the flavors, toppings, fillings that's for sure. A real hidden "gem". I'm so glad I live just a short walk from here. The Lavendar late is so special, and very floral. Many times ordering any lavendar drinks it's just a hint, but the one they offer here is upfront and powerful. They make their own syrup from scratch and it shows in the quality. I just wish they had more hours they were open! If you have the opportunity to stop by, I'd highly recommend it! In terms of space I came about an hour after they were open and it was pretty packed. Not a whole lot of sitting space, just 2 small tables and a longish high top sitting bar. Probably only seats about 8 at most comfortably. Homely, friendly ambient atmosphere with enough seating. Two tables and a long bar table with seats by the window. Nice variety of pastries. Nice, fresh, and warmed up. Recommend the cherry danish. Service is okay, just way too slow for me. Espresso in the drink was way to light for my taste (whats good in a pourover is not good for a cortado). I returned to my hometown this weekend, partly for work, and wandered in to get a bite and some freshly squeezed lemonade. This delightful spot is managed by a father and his daughter--and they clearly have worked v hard to make this place appealing, where people play chess, among other things. They have that intangible quality--what I call the "it" factor--of having people skills that you cannot teach. I recommend to all, and am sad I don't live there so I could go on my regular basis.
