Delicioso Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Allentown

This is a review of what it's like to get a slice here. I usually get a slice from here and walk out with it. (1.97? at the time of this writing) It's a little unfortunate how hard it can be to notice this place from the outside even walking down hamilton, it sort of blends into the joining buildings to well. once you walk in, you definitely know you're in a pizza place. I stare a little more at the venice depiction mural art a little more every time on the righthand side as you enter. No matter how packed or not packed it is in there they guy at the counter greets me and checks me out really fast and the pizza comes out almost as fast. This is the perfect place to walk in for a slice , walk right back out and keep moving. There is a kind of , I think the best way of putting it is a milky creamy side texture to the cheese? It has goat cheese among the cheese used in the pizza. I wonder if the average pizza eater notices. nonetheless the cheese is amazing. The crust tends to be dense and soft and holds together well as I move it all about trying to eat it on the go. There is some grease on the pizza and it tends to not be much most of the time. I really like the way the dough mass combines with the cheese on this pizza. There is something though about the sauce. It's like seeing Iron Man and Captain America roll up and.... and then there's this other guy. The sauce has a slight tang and a oily tomato savoriness but it's a flat note in an otherwise great pizza. I love walking. I really like walking around cities. This is my favorite pizza place when I'm taking a stroll down...

I've known Sal and the Deliciosos brand for the better part of Their residency in Allentown. One thing has been presistent through the decades...

This is what I would like to call the 3 C's... (1) Cleanliness - all day every day CLEANING - why eat somewhere that doesn't properly adhere to adequate cleaning specifications - (2) Consistency - the recipes are done the exact same way ea. And every time to ensure quality, and satisfaction. And to deliver that mouth watering flavor you have come to know and love (3) Customer Service - without you the customer, business wouldn't be. They try very hard and efficiently to ensure the proper order. Satisfied customers are return customers. - NO CUTTING CORNERS HERE!

Authentic Italian cuisine this is why I tip my cap to Sal and the entire crew @ Delciosos. They laugh in the face of commercial Pizza chains. The commercial chains don't take the time or patience to perfect they're craft the way these guys do.
