La Placita — Restaurant in Allentown

I went to Mexico in 2005 with a singing group and tasted great food. The food from this location is consistently excellent. The chicken tostados are absolutely delicious. The horchata is pure, cool, and delightful. The green sauce is exciting and fresh, the enchiladas are scrumptious and the Quesadillas are unspeakably desirable.

I am shocked that such a level of food can be found in so quaint an establishment or even here in Allentown.

We are all lucky to have them in Allentown. Locations with such food can be found in the depths of New York drawing huge crowds. A true 5-star food...

YES IT IS A VERY SMALL HOLE IN THE WALL BUT GIVE IT A CHANGE I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!! My friend and I (Micheline Rajha) come here every other week for lunch and its literally all we look forward to in between. Sometimes we can't even wait until our bi-weekly lunch dates, and we give in and go more frequently lol. Their salsa alone is literally so tasteful.. spicy but not over powering. Also my favorite is their steak tacos, omg I'm getting hungry just thinking about how flavorful their food is. Let's not forget to add how humble and sweet their entire staff is! 10...
