I went there yesterday with my fianceé. A little disclaimer: we went an hour before they closed so maybe that affected the quality of our experience in some ways. The food wasn't very good. The chicken was soggy and so were the cheese wontons. There wasn't an abundance of food barring the food nobody wants like pudding, bananas, and the seafood which by that point had probably sat out for hours. The lack of food made it a little awkward to take anything. Because we came later they probably didn't want to put more food out. I get it but that experience wasn't worth 5 dollars let alone full price. We even ate off of paper plates with plastic utensils (yes, they're still doing that). My fianceé got sick after one plate and had to leave the table to run to the toilet. I'm not sure if it was the food that made him sick but he wasn't sick before we came; we both came pretty hungry. Even my sweet tea tasted funny. It was just very disappointing. The waitstaff was really friendly though. It just didn't feel like a good place to...
Read moreWent there today with my wife and two of my clients. Three of us ate while my wife did not and when I was given the check I exclaimed to the employee there that my wife did not eat and asked if she could be taken off the check. She then told me I had to go speak to the man up front who I assume is the owner about my bill. He then spoke to our waitress which I assume he asked her if my wife had eaten, which idk how she would even know since she never checked on us once until we were ready to leave. He then asked if I was sure she didn't eat and I told him yes. He then took the charge for my wife off the bill, then pointed out that we were on camera so he could see if we were lying later on. I paid all our bills and left feeling some type of way when the employee accused us of lying when my wife never even had a plate in front of her. She never even got out of her seat once since we arrived. May call tomorrow to see if he watched the video and afterwards would...
Read moreI occasionally stop in while I'm at work and grab a to go buffet and pay by the pound; I have always added a piece or two of California roll to my order and have always paid the $6.99 per pound price- this last time, however, I was charged $8.99 per pound because I had two pieces of California roll on my order the majority of my plate was rice and breaded zucchini. I spent a total of $12.49 for some soggy stuffed zucchini and dry fried rice that had been sitting out all day. The kid that rang me up didn't even give me Cutlery or a fortune cookie like they normally do. I will never return to this place. Extremely poor customer service and the food is subpar at best when fresh, but I've gotten sick to my stomach a couple times after eating it so that tells me it's been sitting out too long. They've really...
