Went in “early” to get my ring checked according to their warranty. They never told me that it would then change the original dates of the warranty. Next time I go in, on time according to my original agreement, they tell me my $8,000 ring has a loose prong and chipped diamond. And won’t honor the warranty because I was late according to the new dates that changed when I went in early on the previous visit. When I called the number for corporate and asked them to follow up with me on if this is a business practice of this store or the franchise, they state they will call back within a few business days. It has been 3 weeks and no call back yet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not only have I found this “Leo diamond” ring to have terrible craftsmanship but now they won’t even fix what must be a design flaw because the hardest thing I do with my hands is work all day at a computer. They won’t communicate with you when they make changes to your warranty so that you can keep it within the correct dates - was one day late on mine! After a couple weeks of it being sent, I stopped in to see if by chance it had returned to the store even though I hadn't heard an update. I was told my ring was due back the following week.
