I have been at this store numerous times I was told the first time from the manager I didn't purchase my phone there so she couldn't help me. I've been back 3 × 2 get service to my phone (thanks to technical) Then technical sent me back to get an updated SIM card he knew this was the problem, I left there with 0 service phone using Sim1 & eSim1 that was 2 days ago, (NOT WORKING STILL) I'm heading back to another AT&T today to see if they could help I'm not getting any help from this store, They updated my SIM card Now I have 2 SIM cards that my phone is trying to work On!!! I'm 63 years old I need a phone and don't know what to do. Take it to another store? The woman manager at this store has been no help Luke the new guy (great) was walked through updating my sim card? Read moreRude, uninformative, flippant and talked too much about personal things to distract you from all the charges they are adding onto the service. Got a new phone and he didn't even set it up, on top of promising accessories at buy two get one free, then having to pay for all of them. Was told by phone by the same guy (AND by another sales rep at a different store) to bring the accessory boxes in and a credit will be issued - got there with the boxes and the guy said can't issue a credit because a work discount was already applied (which was nowhere near the discount of getting one item free ($30-$40 range). This is not the first bad experience I've had at this particular store (and with the same guy even), but I assure you I will NEVER go to this store again, nor will I recommend it to people. Even other AT&T stores confirmed the guy didn't know what he was doing or talking about re: sale items and products. Read moreSo, I don't normally write reviews. But when I do, they are deserving. I went to this store because a friend had a pleasant experience. They had worked with a employee named Austin and told me to do the same. When I went into the store it was very decorated and lively. I was greeted as I walked in and was promptly set down with Austin. He didn't give me any of the BS that you normally hear from generic salesmen. He was straight to the point and was able to help resolve every problem I had. Very knowledgeable with what he does and able to answer all questions with no roundabout answers, that you normally hear at phone stores. I will never go to another store to deal with the roundabout routines. This is was by far the best experience I've ever had with a phone store and will 100% be returning...
