The 3 times I've been in this meijers I've had problems with their self check out employees. The first time they had just opened I went to self check out. The lady asked if i wanted help and I told her no thank you. She started scanning my items and throwing them into another cart anyway. The second time I went I had 3 lady's 2 of which wouldn't take no for an answer on self check out. The 3rd time a lady came up and asked if she could help scan my items or get me another cart and I took more than 1 second to respond so she said fine I won't help you with anything suit yourself! And had the biggest attitude that i did not respond to her right away even tho when she came up to me i was double checking my cart to make sure i had everything before i started scanning as i was feeding my sons football team! Her rudeness was uncalled for and not warrented. I go to self check out to check myself out not to be hounded, hurassed, or given attitude. I like my things bagged a certain way and I don't like other people's hands all over my things. I know I am not stealing anything and their cameras would show that I scan everything. I certainly don't need 1 or more bad tempered employees breathing down my neck while I'm trying to pay for what I got and go. I like to think and keep track of everything while I am checking out when they scan things or rush you that when the store rips you off because of things not ringing up the price they are supposed to. Read moreI have been a strict Meijer shopper for a while now. Yesterday around 4 I placed a delivery order it was supposed to be delivered between 9-11…the app crashed and was back up prior to my order delivery time. Tried calling the store for hours and the corporate office no luck on even speaking to someone. When I called at 11:10 to find out if my order was even coming your phones were already off. No communication, no email nothing. You didn’t have an issue putting a hold on my card though. Finally got through to customer service today corporate not the store and they say I have to cancel the order, replace everything, and try again. Oh yeah and the money won’t be back on my card until tomorrow. STICK WITH WALMART OR OTHER STORES AT LEAST THEY SHOW UP OR COMMUNICATE IF SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG! Oh yeah they gave me 10,000 mperks…a whopping $10 off how very kind of them. Not everyone in today’s world has the ability to go out and spend another $400 while they are waiting for their money to come back off hold!...

But he had no problems humiliatinge mein front of several people standing inline . And the cashier said if you have an acct where is your card . At this point what do you do . Look like a crackhead with no credit . That is exactly what the manager did he never considered I was telling him I have a acct with 2000.00 limit . Said sorry sir that you were turned down . So when my ard finally showed up I called the number and paid the $80 owed acct paid in full case closed . Couple weeks later now I get A statement. I figured ok open it to my surprise it had a late fee on it . Haha how is that possible . The card came I paid it the statement came late with a late fee . Makes no sence . They said sorry what else can I help you with
