Taco Bell — Restaurant in Alliance

I love Taco Bell, but this location ALWAYS has terrible food. Tortillas are always stale/crusty, tacos and burritos barely have any meat in them (I just left after getting a chicken burrito with literally one piece of chicken and a soft taco that could barely be called a taco, there was so little in it), at least one item is always wrong or forgotten, and food is ALWAYS cold. Not sure how that's even possible! I got a cheesy gordita crunch that was so cold the cheese was not even slightly melted... I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but I've been here half a dozen times now hoping it would have improved, or that maybe they just had a bad shift, but it seems like poor training/management at this point that they can't produce standard Taco Bell items. Very disappointed, I don't spend money lightly and am tired of getting poor...

Friendly service makes the difference! Let's be honest.... it's Taco Bell. They are cheap Mexican style food and they aren't going to win any gourmet awards any time soon. We eat here for the convenience and the speed in which we can get our food and get out. That being said, it is always nice when the customer service is friendly and courteous. This Taco Bell has that in spades. The staff are very friendly, and kind, to everyone who comes in and they work hard to make you feel welcome. I don't eat Taco Bell very often (though I might come more often now that they've brought back the Mexican Pizza), but when I do eat Taco Bell I make sure to go out of my way to come to this specific one....

Since corporate didn't want to contact me after I requested I guess I'm taking it here (and probably the health department). They'll serve you ice cold food that's been sitting out for 1.5+ hours. I always order through the app for drive thru which states they'll make the food when you arrive. This location doesn't anymore. The manager expressed to keep their times down they make it right when you place the order in the app. We had to ask them to remake it and they were going to give us our drinks that had also been sitting that long. The food is the main problem. We were handed our food and my husband stated it's ice cold (he had his hand on the bottom...
