Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Alma

The manager Casey messed up my order I came to the drive-through asking for a large root beer float with the root beer in a different cup. They try to charge me for a small root beer which the lady at the first window took off. She said that was stupid so thank you to her.. I pull up to the second window. They have the root beer and the ice cream in the same cup. I said I need it without the root beer and I need the root beer and a separate cup. The employee is telling the manager who is making my order well, this is what he wants and tell her to make another large vanilla and a cup. She comes back with soft, serve ice cream, which you do not put in a large root beer float then the manager Casey then comes over and has two tiny scoops of ice cream in a small pink cup and says this is a large root beer float and if any of her employees have been doing it any other way they’re wrong well I’ve been going to Brahms longer than she’s probably even been alive and I know for a fact this is not a large root beer float the way she talk to me Especially the way she talk to me in front of her employees unprofessional. She was rude and should not be a manager. I expect an apology if this ever gets looked at and fixed from her, which I doubt will ever happen.. terrible terrible. Terrible management. This Braums is located in a small town so I get it that they are always busy but man, they need to train there people and account for the fact that during the summer everyone wants ice cream! We went in there the other day to get some dessert and the drive through was backed up to the road so I parked and went inside. I waited in line for probably 10 minutes before I was helped. There is a tall lanky kid in there named Aiden who needs a raise!!! He was running circles around all of the other teenagers in there who had no idea what they were doing. I get it, they all have to start somewhere but there were 9 workers standing around looking at each other moving as slow as molasses. He went from one place to another helping them all, helping the folks at the front counter, etc, all the while he was happy and had a great attitude. We really like their burgers as well. Chicken strips have a lot to be desired but they can't be great at everything. Expect a wait, but if you expect it and are patient they have...

We like to stop in at Braums from Kansas City to Conway Arkansas. We wanted to order a shake to go. The young man that was fixing the shakes dropped a cup as well as the metal piece that you put in the cup to mix the shake on the floor. He picked them up set them on the counter. When it came to my order he grabbed that cup and that piece to make my shake ( myself and other customers behind me all politely said We don't want that cup and that piece need to be washed since it hit the floor). He grabbed a new cup and use a different piece but left the other on the counter. Other workers were fixing shake I got another worker attention explained she looked at us and walked away 😒. Got the attention of another worker making shakes since she was about to grab it and use it. We explained to her she got annoyed took it and threw the cup away and toss the piece in the sink..... How dare you get annoyed at us training 1 on 1 if it hits the floor common sense THROW IT AWAY you don't serve it...
