Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Alpena

I wanted Bosco sticks and they weren't sold there anymore so I settled with the mozzarella filled cheese bread. The gentleman who took my order was kind and very quick to go to the kitchen and make my order. My order was done in 9 min the estimated time. Came in at 8pm and the order was done at 8:09! That's some fast service. Unfortunately the same service was not given by the women who brought my cheese bread out. Complete frown on her face just looking down her nose at me. There was 2 sauces set on the counter and I went to grab the second for my bread and she snached it right from me and gave me a nasty attitude saying she already gave me one and started laughing and pretty much ran to the back. I didn't like the cheese bread it tasted like seasoned cardboard but looked beautiful. There was 2 cheeses inside the bread and I was just expecting the mozzarella as advertised. First...

The customer service is AMAZING. Ordered a family bundle and they got one of the pizzas toppings wrong. Called when I returned home and they just said they would credit my account. It never got credited so I called back a few days later to place the order. I talked to “Nick” and he was great! He took our order down and repeated it back to make sure he had it correct. Went to pick up the order and he had my husband check to make sure it was correct and it was WRONG again. However he told us he would personally go make it and ran it out to our vehicle. The pizzas are absolutely amazing though- they’re not heavy on grease so no upset bellies. Definitely recommend this place. People make mistakes and that’s okay- it’s all about communication....

Very greasy food. As for the people you place your order with; very immature. Laughing at customers, acting like they don’t understand the concept of respect… let alone self respect.

People asked if it was fully cooked, due to the previous times they had undercooked doughy food causing them to have gotten food poisoning.

Question: how hard is it to be a decent human being? If you hate your job so much, quit. It’s not that hard for others to be hired in. Anyone can throw breads and sauces and toppings...
