There attitudes were terrible. We went in to Bagley subway on October 6th 2023. My friend and I were sitting and eating, when someone we knew came in and started conversing. The girl got so impatient because my friend was talking to us instead of ordering and in the brattiest tone possible said “ArE YoU goNnA OrDeR???!!!!” She was disrespectful and continued to pressure our friend to order and then started getting upset when we didn’t understand what she was saying. Horrible customer service, made sandwiches incorrectly on an online order, simply called no anger because it’s not a big deal but make it right, I know things happen and own up to your mess up instead of arguing with the customer, and then continues to say sir I don’t know what to tell you I know I made them right, as I’m reading the receipt, my manager is not here and out of town so I can’t help you, you can start Rebecca by taking my name and phone number and having the manager contact me. One of the worst subways that I have been to. Order light mayo and dressing. M subs came soaked to the point where they oozed when you bit into them.

Would have returned to get my money back if I wasn't passing through. Contacted the store and they offered no discount or replacement subs. They only said that they will pass along my dislike to the crew member. So you can add poor customer service to the list. I'LL NEVER GO BACK to that store. YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER.
