Read moreThe rep is fantastic, however att has limited the in store reps abilities to assist customers. Our problem could not be resolved. I was forced to call an 800 number, wait 15 minutes to talk to someone, and then when I asked how to lower my bill, they tried to get me to increase my bill! When asked why they keep taking items that used to be included away and start charging extra, example mobile hot spot, the over the phone rep got pretty angry that I would dare to ask such a question. Very displeased with att as a whole. We've been with att for over 10 years, and will be changing to verizon as their costs are $100 less...
