4/15/25 update Things were going well after I spoke with the general manager. My drinks were made correctly with the fixings and then it started happening again. No fixings. I give up and will just make my drinks at home. LOVE Biggby! Tons of drink options. I just wish they had online ordering like Starbucks. It would make life easier at times. Also I always have to remind them of discount Tuesdays UPDATE This ended up happening again and therefore I was put in touch with the regional manager Emily. She did apologize for the service I had received. Like I stated it was a petty complaint, but at $7 a drink it should be made as shown. I was not looking to get anything out of it, I just wanted the problem addressed and corrected. She did however offer me some free drinks, which were all made correctly. Thank you Emily for caring about your customers and making things right. It is very appreciated.
EDIT: I'm giving a bad review so that hopefully this gets to the right person. I've been a faithful Biggby customer. I have recently cut back due to cost and started making lattes at home, but will treat myself 1 or 2x a week as I was going almost everyday. The last 3x I have gone I have not gotten the garnish on top. I always say hot with whipped cream. The first sip is always best with the whipped cream, flavored sauce and coffee. First time I just thought maybe they forgot. 2nd time I was upset, 3rd time in a row and I'm about to call it quits. I purchased the new red velvet and there was no sauce or chocolate chips/shavings. Not to sound rude but if I'm paying almost $7 for a latte I want it made correctly as shown! It happened at the location by meijer x1 and the hospital x2. I know just believe it's laziness as the last 2x I was the only 1 in line. PLEASE CORRECT THIS, as we deserve what we pay for. I did take pics the last 2 times...

Every time I go here the price is always different for the same size and type of drink, they don’t listen when asked for simple things like no whip or a strawless lid, and now I’ve gotten the window slammed in my face twice in the same visit after overhearing that they didn’t know which drink was mine.
They made the drink wrong, I asked them to remake it, and it was still the wrong drink. I can’t wait for Starbucks to open so I’m not stuck with only a single drive thru option to choose from and consistency to be delivered in every product. If it wasn’t for my anxiety I would choose a local walk-in any day over this brick they call a coffee shop...
