My wife and I were craving a good burger tonight and we had never been to Craft before. So we decided to try something new tonight and were drawn to their 5.0 rating and great reviews. When we arrived, the location was super convenient and parking easy. Unfortunately the overhead menu print was so small I had to walk back to my car and get my driving glasses to be able to read it. Then we stood there waiting behind a family of four who couldn't decide what they wanted. Finally after 5 minutes of waiting, the 2nd front employee decided to open the second register and help us.
Once we got past this semi-rough start, everything went wonderful from there. There is a very large selection of pre-designed custom burgers or you can design your own from a multitude of choices of toppings and sauces. They also offer turkey burgers and non-meat based burgers as well as chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and a decent list of salads. Because of the amount of choices, I would highly encourage anyone who isn't familiar with their menu to do your research ahead of time or you're going to be there reviewing the menu for several minutes holding up the line. Guess how I know?! :)
Once we ordered, we had a choice to sit inside at one of seven comfortable booths or some not-so-comfortable looking high tops with metal stools. Or we could enjoy the beautiful weather on a very large outside patio area that offered wicker sofas and outside tables and chairs. They also had a large bar, but only serve beer.
When the food came, it was as good as the reviews said it would be. My wife had one of their craft burgers and I designed my own. Both were excellent as well as the sweet potato fries and onion rings we ordered.
The atmosphere was a little drab and could use either some game playing on the big screens that sat turned off, or a little more lively music playing. Instead, we mostly heard the children on the other side of the restaurant.
All in all it was an excellent meal at a nice, clean, and convenient place. If you're looking for a place you can create your own custom burger or try an amazing one someone else created, I would highly recommend you give this...

Check out this picture... my coworkers spent 15 minutes poking through the unmarked boxes trying to figure out what was what. Several people were UNABLE TO EAT due to allergies and not being sure which order was theirs (gluten-free especially). Half our team had to run out to get FAST FOOD and then were late for an important meeting. NEVER EVER AGAIN will we order from this place.
Average. Mediocre. So-so. I was surprised that I wasn't asked how I would like my burger cooked (temperature/doneness) at the counter. Any decent burger place, especially a so-called "craft burger" place, will ask how you would like your burger cooked. The prices are fair. The girls at the counter were friendly. I like the minimalist decoration. Very simple and comfortable. Music not overly loud. Generic condiments?? At a craft burger place? Come on, Guys. This is not something to skimp on. Pay the extra pennies and buy Heinz. Fountain machine was off. Carbonation needs to be recalibrated. The burger looked great. It tasted.... ok. It's a step above fast food but not by much. The fries were fine but they're just plain basic frozen fries. Nothing special. They provide complimentary seasoning salt but that's it. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The tables were dirty but the two girls just stood at the counter playing on their phones. The complimentary soft serve is a nice touch. A tiny little coil of soft serve was provided. Meh. I guess you can't complain about what is free. I would rather pay for something that looks and tastes better. The restaurant is worth a try, though it's not anywhere close to the level of burger at other speciality burger restaurants in Alpharetta. They'll need to step up their game quite a bit if they want to survive in this area's cut throat...
Read moreHeard about this restaurant from a family friend and when I found that they are serving halal options, so trying that becomes a must. For my family we ordered some burgers and chicken and being very honest none of the things were upto the par to make us come back. The steak burger i got which I asked for a medium temperature was well done and very chewy. Wifey ordered green mile burger and it was not even warm. Seemed like they forgot to serve for couple of mins. Kids ordered chicken sandwich, which was also on ok side, we have had better. The almost chicken was just ok as well. The kids meal was surprisingly small, i actually regretted buying it.
Overall the experience was very ok, I would not say bad but i think they dropped the ball couple of times which can be easily avoided.
Pros: Good Location Parking is enough. Good sitting area outside.
Cons: Food taste is not good enough Temperature of food needs improvement. Prices also felt more considering taste.

Suggestion for owner: I love the fact you have halal options, but you might want to look into serving food at right time and also the steak temperature should be strictly controlled.
Suggestion for customer: If you are ordering kids chicken fingers, it comes with 3 small pieces of chicken, so not enough for a 6+ years old.
I believe this format best justifies my review, so I will hopefully continue using it for all my...
