The Container Store — Local services in Alpharetta

I go to this store often. The staff is very friendly, but there are rarely sales and the products are very overpriced. However, recently I went in because they were having a 30% off sale for closets. I went to the closet section and looked around. No one offered to help me even though a sale lady was just hanging out at her desk texting. I finally asked for help and she showed me some things. I said GREAT, I want to have my closet measured. She took my info and said someone would call. 5 days later I called back and said HEY, I was KINDA expecting a phone call by now. The lady looked up my info and it was wrong. Not a big deal. It happens. They had one number in my phone number wrong. We all make mistakes. The lady apologized and re-entered my info and said I would get a call right away. WELL HERE WE ARE..... another 48 hours and no phone call. BTW- the sale ends in a few days, so I won't be getting my 30% off, which is a BIG DEAL when I was budgeting thousands of dollars. I am taking my money elsewhere. Move...

This store is my happy place!!! I love organizing. I have lived in many many places and the Elfa closet organizers , although more expensive than some options, are by far the absolute best closet organizers I have ever had. I recently moved into a 986 sq ft condo and put these into all my closets! It has helped me utilize my space so well!!! I am adding the Elfa closet system into my laundry room as well! They also having amazing containers! I spend extra on their storage containers that I put in my storage unit because I have had great luck. My storage facility had a big leak a few years ago and everything in my containers was perfect! They also have great food storage containers. I have an older refrigerator and the storage is terrible I picked up some organizations options from the store and it makes it so much more efficient! Lastly I added Elfa drawer system to my pantry! I went to the Alpharetta Container Store yesterday morning. There were lots of people with lots of items and some had problems that needed extra attention, myself included in that category. Kudos to Marley, the very competent and pleasant young woman who was tasked with the job of juggling it all. She was the only staff member out front but managed to handle all our needs deftly and with grace and good humor. The way she did what she could for a customer, then moved to help someone else, all the while acknowledging everyone and keeping them informed, was very impressive. She kept things moving in such a way that every customer felt his/her needs were being addressed as quickly as possible.Your store is fortunate to have an employee who is bright, adaptable, and also understands the value of communication.
