I rarely leave reviews but my experience with American Signature as an entity has been nothing less than abhorrent. Me and my partner have been going through a nearly year long process with American Signature for them to at minimum deliver the furniture we ordered without faults or needs for repairs; this has not been the case once. Around November of 2020 we ordered a sectional that we explicitly stated needed to look like the model in the store due to the space in our apartment. Upon delivery the sectional was not like the model- the chaise was too long and the cushions that came with it didn't properly fit the couch. When we called the repair service they came out and said we needed an entirely new couch that would be the appropriate size. We put in an order for a new sectional in March with no charge to us since it wasn't what we ordered. Around that same time in March we ordered a coffee table as well. Both the new chaise and the coffee table were set to come in May. May comes and we receive a call that our furniture won't arrive until August!? I understand COVID has slowed down furniture shipping but this was a 3 month delay. When we called they apologized and gave us some in store credit which was fine. Today our coffee table arrived and once again we've received another piece of furniture with faults and poor instructions for assembly. Not only were we not informed that the table had to be put together but the instructions also poorly explain how to slide the end plates together; the diagram even shows the final step with the sliding end plates already assembled. We call American Signature again and they tell us we'd have to bring the coffee table we just assembled to a physical store for a technician to repair it. Are you kidding me? Why can't the technician do a home visit like they did with the couch?! At this point I'm beyond agitated because we've spent too much money to have late deliveries, mediocre customer service, and faulty furniture. To their credit the people in the Alpharetta store are lovely, but the division responsible for delivery and the quality of the furniture need to step it up. I have all this store credit which is useless because never in the remainder of my days will I order another piece of furniture from this disparate brick and mortar. At this point the only thing I need American Signature to do is act as though they have some decorum and self respect and deliver what they promised to so no one else will have as awful of an experience...

Two more weeks have passed. We called on Wednesday and were informed that the piece was at the store; and we could come in to pick it up between 11a and 6pm. So itâs Friday at 5:45p and weâre greeted at the door and told we came to the wrong store. At no time did anyone tell anyone where the piece was.
Thanks to Chris, the manager at the 443 location; was able to track it down at the Kennesaw Store.
So now we have to trek across town to find our last piece of furniture.

Another week, and another failed delivery attempt. The missing console, now been delivered defective twice. I watch the delivery guys open the box, bring the console in, and try to open it unsuccessfully.
At this point I'm at my wits end. I don't even care for this piece and would like to get my money back, but the store won't even listen to me.. they just ordered another one, and in 2 more weeks I might get a third attempt to deliver this last piece of my couch.

The original review was over 4 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my entire 7-pc sectional couch. The first attempt at delivery I was told 1 piece wasn't available, but they delivered the remaining pieces. Except when the driver delivered one of the consoles was broken. So they rescheduled delivery for the missing piece and the console; however, they just delivered the missing piece but the driver said "no console."
So I reached out to customer support again, and they say their systems (between order and delivery I guess??) aren't synchronized and someone would look into it eventually.
WTAF? I spent over $4,000 on a couch 4-weeks ago, and I still haven't got it all.

My experience with this store has always been wonderful and today I just want to express my gratitude for the wonderful service that was provided to me by one of the sales agents Marisa. I will say the very first thing that I loved about her is that she was patient with me because I want a beautiful room on a COVID-19 budget.. Lol so we picked out what I thought was the perfect fit a few weeks ago but then in planning my outline for the look that I want I discovered that I needed something different. When I called Marisa at the store she said come on in and told me when she would be there and she sat with me and went over a few things even looked at my paint swatches and helped me make a decision and when she could still see that my mind was moving she said why donât you sleep on it and let me know in the morning. I went back and I purchased that sofa today it was a sectional and an accent chair and itâs going to look beautiful in my scheme of things. The reason I want to come on today and make this review is because of the kindness patience and understanding that I received from this sales person.
