I rarely leave reviews but my experience with American Signature as an entity has been nothing less than abhorrent. Me and my partner have been going through a nearly year long process with American Signature for them to at minimum deliver the furniture we ordered without faults or needs for repairs; this has not been the case once. Around November of 2020 we ordered a sectional that we explicitly stated needed to look like the model in the store due to the space in our apartment. Upon delivery the sectional was not like the model- the chaise was too long and the cushions that came with it didn't properly fit the couch. When we called the repair service they came out and said we needed an entirely new couch that would be the appropriate size. We put in an order for a new sectional in March with no charge to us since it wasn't what we ordered. Around that same time in March we ordered a coffee table as well. Both the new chaise and the coffee table were set to come in May. May comes and we receive a call that our furniture won't arrive until August!? I understand COVID has slowed down furniture shipping but this was a 3 month delay. When we called they apologized and gave us some in store credit which was fine. Today our coffee table arrived and once again we've received another piece of furniture with faults and poor instructions for assembly. Not only were we not informed that the table had to be put together but the instructions also poorly explain how to slide the end plates together; the diagram even shows the final step with the sliding end plates already assembled. We call American Signature again and they tell us we'd have to bring the coffee table we just assembled to a physical store for a technician to repair it. Are you kidding me? Why can't the technician do a home visit like they did with the couch?! At this point I'm beyond agitated because we've spent too much money to have late deliveries, mediocre customer service, and faulty furniture. To their credit the people in the Alpharetta store are lovely, but the division responsible for delivery and the quality of the furniture need to step it up. I have all this store credit which is useless because never in the remainder of my days will I order another piece of furniture from this disparate brick and mortar. At this point the only thing I need American Signature to do is act as though they have some decorum and self respect and deliver what they promised to so no one else will have as awful of an experience as we've had.

My husband and I went to American Signature Furniture store at North Point Alpharetta location during the Labor Day weekend to look for sectional sofa set. We were greeted by sales associate Roman. She offered to help. We're just looking, wasn't sure if we're ready to buy sofa sets at this point. We initially liked a set and started to asked questions. She seemed very knowledgeable, she was soft-spoken, and we felt extremely comfortable to talk to her. Every time she was talking about various features of the sofa sets her eyes would light-up. Finally we found the perfect set, but we wanted to take a day to think about it because we're not in rush to buy any furniture. On Labor Day we went back to the store to see if it still "The One". We both were so in love with the set that we decided to go for it. We talked to the manager Mark and then asked him to let Roman know that we're here. In addition to the sofa set we also bought a gorgeous console with 3 stools that would compliment each other. They even pulled the consol table from the opposite side of the store and set it behind the sofa per my request which helped me make the decision on that purchase (see the pictures). Entire experience with the purchase process went as smoothly as possible. I really like how friendly and knowledgeable Roman was. I'd definitely go back for our future purchase. I highly recommend others to shop at American Signature Furniture store and if possible ask for Roman. I wish all sales personnel are as sweet and knowledgeable as Roman was.

My wife and I purchased a mattress a few weeks ago, namely a Beautyrest Silver Plush Hybrid King. We had the best buying experience, not to mention found the perfect mattress in the process (after having slept on it for about a month). Mark Moore was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and patient, as he showed us several mattresses, allowing us to lay on each one, and listening to our needs to find the best option for our low profile platform bed. With a box spring out of the question because of the frame type, I didn't know what options we had, but Mark knew exactly what to do and suggested two twin XL bunkie boards for the foundation. Everything fit perfectly, looks great, and most importantly has been the best sleep both my wife and I have ever had. Definitely recommend over pillow top and memory foam types that I've had in the past. I can't thank Mark and the team at American Signature enough. Great price during their President's Day sales event and great service from the moment we walked in, from selection to purchase to delivery. Definitely recommend for all your furniture need; I look forward to returning soon for a living room set!

My wife and I purchased a mattress a few weeks ago, namely a Beautyrest Silver Plush Hybrid King. We had the best buying experience, not to mention found the perfect mattress in the process (after having slept on it for about a month). Mark Moore was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and patient, as he showed us several mattresses, allowing us to lay on each one, and listening to our needs to find the best option for our low profile platform bed. Well I was wrong. It can’t get lower. Or it’d be 0 or -5 at this point.

Two more weeks have passed. We called on Wednesday and were informed that the piece was at the store; and we could come in to pick it up between 11a and 6pm. So it’s Friday at 5:45p and we’re greeted at the door and told we came to the wrong store. At no time did anyone tell anyone where the piece was.

Thanks to Chris, the manager at the 443 location; was able to track it down at the Kennesaw Store.

So now we have to trek across town to find our last piece of furniture.

Another week, and another failed delivery attempt. The missing console, now been delivered defective twice. I watch the delivery guys open the box, bring the console in, and try to open it unsuccessfully.

At this point I'm at my wits end. I don't even care for this piece and would like to get my money back, but the store won't even listen to me.. they just ordered another one, and in 2 more weeks I might get a third attempt to deliver this last piece of my couch.

#shameful —- older review —— 2 stars and dropping...

The original review was over 4 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my entire 7-pc sectional couch. The first attempt at delivery I was told 1 piece wasn't available, but they delivered the remaining pieces. Except when the driver delivered one of the consoles was broken. So they rescheduled delivery for the missing piece and the console; however, they just delivered the missing piece but the driver said "no console."

So I reached out to customer support again, and they say their systems (between order and delivery I guess??) aren't synchronized and someone would look into it eventually.

WTAF? I spent over $4,000 on a couch 4-weeks ago, and I still haven't got it all.

Hi my name is Lorraine and I live in Roswell Georgia and the American signature furniture at North pointe is my location. My experience with this store has always been wonderful and today I just want to express my gratitude for the wonderful service that was provided to me by one of the sales agents Marisa. I will say the very first thing that I loved about her is that she was patient with me because I want a beautiful room on a COVID-19 budget.. Lol so we picked out what I thought was the perfect fit a few weeks ago but then in planning my outline for the look that I want I discovered that I needed something different. When I called Marisa at the store she said come on in and told me when she would be there and she sat with me and went over a few things even looked at my paint swatches and helped me make a decision and when she could still see that my mind was moving she said why don’t you sleep on it and let me know in the morning. I went back and I purchased that sofa today it was a sectional and an accent chair and it’s going to look beautiful in my scheme of things. The reason I want to come on today and make this review is because of the kindness patience and understanding that I received from this sales person. So many times I have gone into stores over the course of planning and the sales reps literally just act like it’s all about the money and they don’t care about me at all and I have been truly cared for by Marisa and I appreciate it more than you can ever know especially during a time like this when I’m spending a lot of time in my house more than likely going to be spending even more time in the coming months and I want to have a beautiful environment and I thank you Marisa for helping me complete the look and truly show a heart of service and I wish you well and I wish you many many sales.
