This was a call in order and I picked it up through the drive-through. First of all, let me start off by saying that I will give great ratings when great ratings are due. I don’t just rate solely on the food or my taste buds or my preferences. It’s always about the quality and standard of the whole experience. You will get a rating as for your customer service, the ambience, aesthetics, and food. I started going to this place in 2021 slowly but surely their customer service their food quality and their integrity has gone down greatly. Posted is a picture of what it supposed to be bagel, tomato spinach, onion, cream, cheese with egg white. What you see instead is a picture of a blubbering oily mess? When I called to ask for a refund and explained to them, I do not live on this side of town any longer because I moved and told them that they didn’t put spinach and tomato on bagel and it was covered in oil and grease. If you continue looking, there’s a picture of the napkin that I used to soak up all the oil that was surrounded on my bagel and it still was some leftover as you can see. The manager proceeds to tell me the spinach and tomato was inside the egg . He then tells me he won’t refund me because this is a preference versus an error on their end. I’ve been to a lot of food places in my life five star dining all the way down to fast food . He said some people like their bagels oily I have not been to one bagel place in New York, Baltimore, Virginia, Florida, Georgia or any other places in between to where you going to a bagel place and it is slammed in oil! Furthermore, I didn’t ask for an omelette if I wanted an omelette, I would’ve asked for an omelette. Also, as you could see from the picture, there’s hardly any spinach or tomato even inside the egg that he claims they put into it I will advise anyone to come at your own discretion and double check your food before they make it and charge. Make sure the woman at the register the manager and the cooks know exactly what you’re asking for because they take it into their own hands to make it, however they wanna make it even when you tell them what EXACTLY what you want . If you have the time to your BETTER off, going ELSE WHERE or just making your own bagel at home. This was a waste of a $10 bagel. This was a $10 bagel if not, 12 or 14 you could go to McDonald’s and eat food and have better looking and tasting than what this was. Straight into the garage or a person who’s more in need than I this will go.

this is not good food at all. i spent $50 on breakfast from here today & this is what i got. (2 “salmon bagel breakfast entrees” and 2 “bacon egg and cheese bagels” first and foremost everything was dry and hard, like extremely dry and lacked any kind of flavor. the “salmon bagels” literally came like this i kid you not, this is what they sent to me and it was $20 for this. they advertise “fresh salmon” brought in “daily” but this salmon was clearly old and felt very sticky. look at the “capers” they put on it like it’s literally a joke lol then they gave literally one slice of lettuce and one slice of tomato to complete the “bagel”. on top of that the “egg and cheese bagels were SO dry and literally look at the “egg” they put on there. i’ve never seen an egg so thin in my life! i had to make eggs at home to put on the bagel but ultimately threw this away because it wasn’t even worth trying to force myself to eat. i also got a “drink” with my meal and asked for orange juice and they gave me a kids sunny d. i was all the way disappointed with this order they went so downhill since the last time i’d been there in 2022 & i will never be ordering from them again. oh also the owner gaslit me and told me it’s fresh salmon like it was my first time having salmon like i’ll literally never be back.

They were very behind but had a wonderful attitude and let everyone know up front. So I waited patiently and ordered a western omelette, hash browns, and bagel. The omelette was exactly what I ordered, a western omelette. I don't think classics should be spruced up or what have you. It tasted great. The hash browns were ok, but kind of smashed together. Maybe I should have said "scattered" lol. The wheat bagel was good. They whip their cream cheese and give you a generous amount if that and real butter with your bagel. The menu has several more things I'll come back to try. But again, the service makes a big difference. Brian was especially helpful from beginning to end. Oh, and the dining area is comfortable also, along with a nice patio.

We were looking for a good bagel location as our favorite one has been closed recently. We stopped in Manhattan NY Deli & Bagels for lunch and this was our experience. The location is a bit tough to get into, there’s no entrance from the main road it’s on so you have to actually turn in like you’re going to the next door bank and then wind around the parking lot to get to it. They have a broad menu of options such as sandwiches, gyros, soups, wraps and the like. We specifically went for the bagels which are advertised as never being more than 1 hour old. We ordered a ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel, then two additional bagels with butter and cream cheese, and a side of grits. If we’re being honest, the food was middling at best. The bagels are not large (think Einstein Bros size) and were not dense and chewy like a NY bagel should be. In reality, the flavor and texture as akin to what you’d find a supermarket bakery, so this was a disappointment. The sandwich was not overly stuffed either, it looked to be 1 egg with one slice of cheese and one slice of ham about ⅛ inch thick. The butter and cream cheese that came with the bagels were in small 2 oz containers, and it was a whipped butter so half of that was air (and there was a 40 cent upcharge for it). The cream cheese had been obviously cut with milk, it was very loose and didn’t have much flavor. The grits were average, they needed more seasoning and they didn’t come with any butter so that would have been an additional cost. While the food wasn’t horrible, it was disappointing. However, our biggest complaint is that both the printed menu and the digital menu board above the register listed significantly lower prices than what we were charged. The grits were listed as $2.99 and we were charged $4.95. The bagels were listed at 1.99 and we were charged 2.99 plus the upcharge for butter. The sandwich was listed at 4.99 and we were charged 5.99 plus additional for the ham and cheese, so final price was $8. I noticed all this after we had sat down and I started looking at the receipt. When I asked the clerk at the counter, she said “Oh yes the manager changed the prices in the register but not on the menus” as if that was a suitable explanation. I relayed that I thought this was very poor business practice and she just looked at me. I wasn’t going to argue for a refund even though that would have been the right way to handle it, but we just vowed to never return to...
