Thanksgiving Morning, My Wife Just went there to pick up coffee and a warm danish, and when the lady handed her the hot coffee through the drive through window, the lid wasn’t correctly placed well, and the hot coffee spilled all over my legs , arm , clothing and outside and inside of her New Car, what a Quick shot to her system when really hot coffee hit her skin 😡😭. The Lady was in shock , she didn’t know what to do, no one didn’t even rush over to the window to see if My Wife was okay or offer to help. Manager Didn’t even show up to the window to see if my wife was Okay, All they said was I’m sorry and gave my Wife another cup of coffee and still charged full price , when she returned home and walked in the door I saw coffee all over her and she told me what happened. I HAD To Spend the last 45 minutes cleaning out Her car ,getting the smell out of her car, while she had to change clothes and clean up , we were late for our Thanksgiving lunch with family .very disappointed starting out our my morning of Thanksgiving Day. Terrible service Update, I contacted the customer service number you suggested on Monday the 2nd of December and spoke with a representative, he said the district manager would be contacting me, Today is Saturday the 7th and I have not heard from him or anyone else 🤦♂️. Very disappointing Update: today is Friday the 13th and I still haven’t heard from anyone 🤦♂️ Update: it’s now the 19th, 6 days to Christmas, and after contacting the customer service # that the owner suggested I call, after speaking with a representative who told me the District Manager would be contacting me about this horrific accident, still have not heard from the DM or no one, very disappointing🤦♂️. Read moreBecause I did NOT get my coffee & I have time, I'm in full-on Karen mode! Because we were ignored! Bottom line, they are NOT open until 9:30 PM like Google Maps shows- but that's not what I'm upset with. I'm angry because I cannot handle unprofessional, inefficient people! The gist of the story is that Google Maps says this store is open till 9:30, so we visit this store. The menu light is on, the ad is still displayed outside, and the lights are on in the store. No one takes our order so we drive up. There are two employees kicking back against the counter with their arms crossed, they clearly saw us as we drove up and neither come to the window. After a couple of minutes I get out, walk up to the window and bang on it. Finally, one comes up to the window and I ask them if they're closed; because Google says they're open. They say they've been closed since 6 PM. I can handle the mistake with the wrong hours, but I cannot handle unprofessional, inefficient people who IGNORE us when they saw us at the window! A simple "Oh sorry we're closed" would have sent me on my way. But these two morons who were there on 10/07/21 at 8:18 PM need some training in common sense & manners! Read moreI am incredibly disappointed with the experience that I continue to have at this Starbucks. The drive-through line is always incredibly long which is to be expected, but the other day I was in a rush and I didn’t want to wait for the drive-through so I ran inside which is usually faster at most other locations. I walked in and there was a guy on the register who seemed like he was new and as if he wasn’t sure of himself ringing in the orders, and no one was standing there to help him so he was moving pretty slowly. There were at least seven or eight other people working there that morning, and at least four of those were standing with their hands on their hips or leaning on the counter watching the other workers for the entire time that I was there. That was very dissatisfying to me as I waited in line behind two others for a very long time, then waited a very long time for this guy to figure out how to ring in my order, and then I was waiting for a long time for another person to make my drink.
