It took nearly 30 minutes to service an order of PLAIN Uttapam and Chicken Dum Biryani.
The lady who took the order asked me if I wanted Onion Uttapam to which I replied, "not onion, PLAIN Uttapam."
I was tired at the end of day of travelling which started at 6 am and it was 5 pm with no lunch.
So I came home and opened the box to find an ONION UTTAPAM WHICH WAS BURNT BLACK.
I scraped the burnt portion before I took the pictures.

Onions and spicy like there's no tomorrow.
Enough.
No more food from these folks.
