I wish I had taken some photos of the amazing food at this location--it was truly in the top 5 of meals I have ever eaten and the experience as well was a new one for me. Our next door neighbor suggested this and I had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before so I didn't realize how the stop/go cards worked at first. So I ended up getting to try a LOT of different cuts of steak in the first few minutes--be sure to turn your card over to RED or you will end up with soooo many cuts of meat to try all at once! NO regrets as EVERY single cut I tried of both steak and lamb was amazing! the House specialty was beyond delicious and I wish I had hollow legs so that I could have eaten more because I didn't even sample everything. It's just impossible because there's such a large selection.
Also, the pre-steak open food bar is NO SLOUCH--you might think "oh I'll skip it" but my experience was AMAZING and everything from the lobster bisque to the fried corn polenta to the vegetable sides were hot, firm, fresh and delicious! The cheesy bread rolls are beyond tasty! It's very hard not to fill up on this before you begin your meat portion of the meal but I absolutely would recommend it because everything was great. And I really don't rave about most restaurants--I am an excellent cook myself and used to manage in the restaurant business in my 20's---but this way exceeded my expectations.
Service is Johnny-on-the-spot. The house cocktail we had was a strawberry mojito? type drink and was the proper blend of alcohol and flavor without punching you too hard or being too watered down. We shared a papaya dessert that was HUGE and yet still light enough I didn't feel weighted down enjoying it. I've never done the Brazilian steakhouse experience but I'm afraid to try anywhere else now because I think Passador has ruined me for any others at this point. Anywhere else will be compared to here.
This is a FANTASTIC place to take a first date to impress them or celebrate a birthday or anniversary and I'll definitely be back. It's a great value for the cost because you just get so much food of such high quality--try it because you...

From when you walk in, you already know this establishment is top notch.
I went for my birthday and it was an experience to be had. We were seated and immediately served water (and I'll note that I had three refills, my cup NEVER went empty!)
After viewing the drink menu our orders were promptly taken, and soon as we had our plates and appetizers / additions, the servers made their rounds with the meat offerings and we received fresh quality bread.
This place was incredible, everything was like a rehearsal done perfectly for show night, everything was fresh, delicious and on beat. I can't comment the service here enough as it was truly incredible. The staff were knowledgeable and personable. I enjoyed speaking with a gentleman from Morehouse and another from Brazil itself -- both were phenomenal servers. The meat was a perfect medium and you had the choice for other rarities as well. The shrimp was incredible and deserves its own, separate mention!
They had a beautiful selection of drinks as well and the quantity-to-price ratio was adequate in my opinion!
The desserts were also incredible, however I think that was due to it being my birthday (presentation was out of this world as well!)
Lastly, the atmosphere was divine. It felt as if I were in a whole different universe where everything that could go perfect, went perfect.
I honestly have no complaints which is astounding because it's very difficult to call a place perfect, but this is a spot to be remembered!
It's definitely worth looking the part too, a little bit of dressing up will help you match the energy this space provides, but of course it is not required, and they have seating arrangements for all types of parties, be it large, family or solo.
Not to mention a grand selection at the bar with tv-tainment to match.
I'll definitely be going back, it's an experience that is well worth the...

I’ve had a few items from the salad bar. They were fine.
The service was spectacular, with one little thing that I’ll mention at the end. I barely sat down with my salad bar choices, and the first cut I’m offered was fillet mignon. This is unheard in the industry. I’ve been many times to Porção, Texas de Brazil, and Fogo de Chão. None of them do that. They always start with cheap cuts and progress to the better ones. Passador changed the game, they eventually offered me the sausage and chicken, but the abundance of the better cuts impressed me. Flavor wise it was ok. Nothing extraordinary, just plain good Brazilian churrasco.
The sinned in the variety, the 40 minutes that I had my thing on green, I was offered, Fillet mignon (with and without bacon,) bottom sirloin, picanha, lamb, chicken with bacon. No ribs, no chicken hearts, and no other usual cuts from Brazilian Steakhouse.
From the sides, their Pão de Queijo was extraordinary. The thing melts in your mouth like you’re eating a piece of cloud. The fried banana, fried polenta, and mashed potato were ok.
The only flaw in the service was when the waiter asked if we wanted anything else, I asked for another guaraná and more fried bananas. I left the restaurant and never saw them coming.
I asked for papaya cream with cassis liqueur for dessert and although it was a generous portion, the cassis liqueur was very good. The papaya cream tasted more like a vanilla ice cream with a very distant hint of papaya. This is my favorite dessert from the Brazilian Steakhouses and I left somewhat disappointed because I could barely taste the papaya.
I’d come back in a heartbeat, but I’d love to see the improvement in these areas to justify $180.00 (2 rodízios, 2 guaranás, 1 papaya cream, including a little...
