Martin, who has been the manager at this location for more than the past three months, should consider going through sensitivity training and learn how to better deal with customers. On more than one occasion, when serving my order(s) across multiple different visits, Martin has time and time again made me, and others including my family and current (as well as previous) employees feel like less of a human being and less of a customer. He demands his employee to take an order in this instance and on more than one occasion steps in front of, shoves an employee over and has even knocked an employee’s hand away when they were attempting to enter an order: all this I have witnessed on more than one visit and has been witnessed by my family. Instead of working to fix an issue, he ridiculed my order(s) instead of just explaining what he had an issue with, what I wanted to eat, and the way it was being entered into the system, as well as having an unnecessary negative and derogatory attitude. Being a former Wendy’s employee myself, I was trying to be considerate of a new employee so that they understood my order without making a mistake. Martin, after my order was taken, then proceeded to come out into the lobby and then spoke negatively about my order and way of ordering with another fellow employee loud enough to hear his and their opinions and still proceeded to speak negatively about me when they both returned back behind the counter to make the rest of my order. At least wait until the “spoiled”, rude, and difficult customer and former employee leaves before speaking negatively right in front of and around them. I have been to this location more than once since Martin has started and can now understand why I have given this Wendy’s a third chance at trying to impress me before I made my review. Please consider how some of your bosses are just bosses, not Leaders. On a positive note: The new employee Khamani, on front register, was of no issue and shows diligence and dedication to customer happiness and communication as well as commitment to...
Read moreFirst off, I got to the first window and paid for my food. I proceeded to the second window and waited five minutes just for someone to come to the window. When someone finally came to the window, a teenage boy proceeded to ask me “ what am I missing “ like I received something already when I haven’t! Then I had to tell him what I ordered so he could prepare it which took another 5 minutes. Remind you I was the only one in the drive thru line so it Should not even take 10 plus minutes! Then when I finally got my order of course there was things wrong with it! I ordered baconnator fries with my order which is an up charge, so you would THINK that they would put ENOUGH fries in the bowl. Of course they did not. On TOP of that my fries were COLD, there was barely any cheese on it, and it’s CALLED BACONATOR FRIES- so I am trying to figure out WHY was there only ONE piece of bacon on it. In my bag there was NO fork, and NO napkins. I guess they expect me to lick my fingers and eat with my hands like I am at medevil times or something! Maybe you guys should teach your employees some good customer service, and not hire people that comes to work apparently high on ten blunts, well at least they were acting like they were under the influence of something! I should of just went to the Chick-fil-A next door! Horrible service, and I WILL be...
Read morePlease teach your employs saftey first. Idk the legality status but its super unsafe to take other customers orders at the drive through when they have no car. Its a danger to them as someone not paying attention which happens often could goto pull up to drive thru and since they are often wrap around buildings he could pull up quickly and hit someone trying to order something not in a car. Most other fast food reatraunts have policys that speciffically will deny serving you through the drive thru without a car. Wendys might have that same policy but its definitely not being enforced at this location. I couldnt get food cause their was an ACTUAL line of people without a car all teenages like barely old enough to drive when this happened. Got fed up of waiting in line and them laughing and pointing at me and how I have to wait and probably that hes getting mad at us. It did as im writing this obviously but more so cause I couldnt order in a timely manner because of bad management and kids. Waited 10 mins and this is 10:30 at night no one else is there.6-26-18 I felt that was reasonable time before saying ** id rather waste my time and money elsewhere and left. Kroger eneded up getting more business....
