Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

Worst service ever. If I could rate the service here at a negative 5, I would. I placed an order for delivery at 7:11pm online, watched the tracker go into bake and then quality check. It sat in check for 30 mins so I called at 8:02pm to see if there was an issue. Whomever answered the phone assured me that my order was already on the way with the driver. There was one other stop that they had, but they would be there shortly. Apparently their system tracker was having issues and other people were calling in with the same question. I waited by the door for 15 mins and still no one showed up. I looked at my phone to view the tracker again to see that it went back into bake at 8:17pm and then back into quality check at 8:25pm. I live a 6 minute drive from the store; 2.2 miles away and the driver still didn't show up until 8:50pm. This place always seems to have to worst service. It takes forever, the food shows up cold. Joseph, The driver acted like he had to drive through a hurricane to get here telling me the rain was so bad that it took him 50 mins to drive here. I drove and hour through the rain on the toll roads and didn't have an issue driving 36 miles. A 2 mile would have been a cake walk in the rain. The person who answered the phone at 8:02pm and told me my order was on the way also lied. When I looked at the receipt they gave me in the box, they re-rung my order into their system at 8:18pm with an est order ready time of 8:26pm. The staff at this location is a joke. If they weren't going to start my order until over an hour after I made the original order online, I would have went elsewhere to order food and requested a refund. They could have called to let me know of what the issue was. I could have picked this up myself however after a very long shift working from 6:45am to 5:30pm and having to drive an hour home, I didn't want to have to drive to get food. I ordered a pick up for the LARGE new york style pizza with marinara sauce. I went to pick it up and realized the box wasn’t big for a large, looked like a medium but, i thought maybe i was wrong. On my way home i check again, and its definitely a medium pizza with absolutely no sauce. I called the place and the guy working at the front cashier asks if im the one who ordered marinara sauce for the pizza (clearly they knew what they did) he advised me they had no more marinara and dont do it for pizza’s anymore. I asked him why was i not notified when they have my phone number and why would they KNOWINGLY give me a pizza with no sauce? He did not know what to say and repeated what i said to one of the employees in the back. I mentioned the fact that i received a medium pizza, not a large and was given no answer for that, didn’t even bother to offer to remake my pizza, i had to ask them to give me a refund. Never have i made a complaint to corporate and i never make complaints about food chains, but i definitely made a complaint to corporate for the unprofessionalism and the fact that the person who made my pizza knowingly gave me something i didnt order....

I have been ordering from here for many years(6yrs or more) and haven’t had any issues until last month, they said the driver couldn’t find my place so they brought it back and it was just sitting there until I called after 15mins after the scheduled delivery time and she asked if I wanted it redelievered but at that point the food has been sitting for over 30mins so I would’ve thought they would make me a fresh order but no the girl was laughing like it was a joke and the manager took the phone and told us the order was cancelled and to never call again. My husband was furious and the district manager reached out a few days later and gave me a credit. I tried calling today to put an order in to redeem my credit but I was on hold for 7mins, no one came on the line, so I hung up and called again and same thing 3 minutes went by nothing, tried again finally got someone who said hold please and I said sure, then another 7 min wait.
