We went to Subway to eat lunch earlier today. First, there were only 2 people working while a third lady was working in the back and putting in bread. I assume she was the manager since she was the one wearing a pink "panda" hoodie over her Subway shirt. Though I don't know why she thought putting bread out was more important than helping customers. The employees seemed very disorganized and couldn't keep the orders straight. A customer in front of us was getting 7 subs for all of her grandkids and the employees kept asking her which toppings went on which sub and which subs should be toasted. In all the other Subway's that I've been to, one person makes the sub, a second person adds the toppings, and a third person works the cash register. This time, both employees were making subs, then purring the toppings on, then starting over for all 7 subs for the customer. Then they asked which subs should be toasted and which shouldn't, even though the lady already said which ones. It took about 15 minutes for this customer to finally get her order, while the line was building almost to the door. The the lady in front of us ordered a sub with cheese- I'm not sure which cheese, but one (out of the two) employees had to go into the back to get it. How do they run out of cheese? (By now, it has been about 20 minutes and half the people in line behind us took seats and sat down to wait.) Then it was our turn and I ordered the "ultimate garlic and cheese bread". I thought it would be similar to the 4-cheese bread where the cheese was baked on top of the bread. Instead, the employee grabbed a plain white bread and started spreading something on it. I said I asked for the garlic cheese bread and she said that's right: it's garlic spread and shredded cheese then toasted. To me, this seems like a bad idea:
I never have to ask for my veggie patty to be put in the oven/microwave. This is the second time I’m getting a cold patty. Things wouldn’t be so bad if the service was good, but it wasn’t. The young lady answered the phone and proceeded to tell me I have to Request for my patty to be warmed up when I place an online order. This isn’t true because I always place my orders online and get it hot. I asked her what she does in this situation and she proceeded to tell me again there’s nothing she can do about it then she quickly hung up the phone after saying that I can call and talk to someone in the morning. I called back because I needed to get her name and she hung up in my face. So I called back a third time and then she didn’t answer. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in quite some time. Even if she said to me, I’ll remake your sandwich. I know it’s an inconvenience but if you turn around, I’ll remake it. That would be better than hanging up in my face. I feel so disrespected not to mention I was too tired to go back out and try to get them to remake it. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in quite some time. On top of everything My wrap was made so sloppy and mushy and cold. I couldn’t...
Read moreI hate writing a negative review, especially for this location as it has traditionally served customers well, but I had a particularly negative experience recently here. They have been understaffed several occasions recently, which has caused the wait times to rise substantially. This particular occasion, I stood in line for 37 minutes in total before paying for my sub. No one was happy in line or behind the counter.
I was extremely disappointed in both the service and food quality. Mike, who is one of their top team members, while usually amazing, did not treat me very well and even said “Come on, man…” when I asked for some additional sauce. You could tell they were having a rough day, but I feel like I should never be treated poorly as a customer. My sandwich was sloppily made as well due to the volume/rush, unfortunately, as they usually do a wonderful job here. Please help staff this location so they don’t have to treat their...
