Hello, I have only visited the Altamonte Springs location twice. As a small business owner, one of my customers highly recommended it. My first visit was on a Sunday, July 7th. They were out of stock of the Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Burrito, so I opted for the Instagram-worthy Fry Me A River Burrito and an order of Krab Rangoons instead. Despite not getting what I initially wanted, the food was superb! My taste buds were jumping for joy. July 9, 2024, at 12:40 PM, I had another mediocre experience. I brought cash and as instructed at the Kiosk, I took my cash to the register instead. Unfortunately, the cashier—Jaden—informed me that “cash was not being accepted today”. When I asked why, he consulted his manager, Kay, who explained that she couldn’t accept cash because she didn't have access to the safe. All in all, I just want to visit a place that serves great food and is prepared to WOW its customers whether they have cash or a credit card. Not having essential items or inability to accept cash is inconvenient and may indicate a lack of planning. Word-of-mouth spreads faster than any marketing strategy. A Google review, a quick conversation with a friend, or a social media post can significantly impact a business. I hope this review helps SusHi as they prepare for future growth. So had change in lunch plans and decided to place a takeout order at this location based on the reviews. This being my very first visit and order let me feeling extremely slighted. I placed an order in person at the restaurant to see all the available options and waited to have my order fulfilled, my order did seem to be taking some time and after seeing an individual walk in and pick up a bag at the register I decided to find out what the delay was. Come find out the person who had just walked in just walked out with my order, I saw the cashier run down to the car to talk to the individual and handed me the bag as she came in. (This man had the bag in the car and no clue if he decided to touch my food, especially considering the current climate, but honestly who in any situation would want a stranger manhandling your food.) Now why the low review? Well the staff was very apologetic to the individual who ran off with my order, they didn’t even place any level of empathy or courtesy towards me. They kept apologizing to the man as I stood there waiting for just a simple “I’m so sorry about that” It never came and I simply left quietly as if I was never even there. Civility costs nothing, but buys everything.

But I don't know if this is just me but this was my first time ordering from this place online, and it says that there is a 25 minute prep time, so we left the house 30 minutes later after submitting our order to pick it up. When we arrived, the food wasn't ready and they told us that they don' t start prepping it until we arrive, which I think defeats the purpose of ordering online. So save your time and just order there if you're planning to eat at this place. Edit: Reduced to a 1 star. Went again April 19, 2023 because it was the most convenient location for a quick meal at the time, and I had to work overtime. Ordered a bowl with 3 sauces on the side (Sweet Soy, Wasabioli, and Sriracha). Literally received 3 soy sauce packets instead. Also ordered an extra serving of Fire Salmon for an additional $2, and received only 1 serving. And no tempura flakes even when it's written clearly on the order ticket. Yeah.... definitely regret giving this place a 2nd chance.

My experience and dinner was totally ruined by bad customer service, and food with extreme (not exaggerating) amounts of salt. I usually frequent this Sushieatstation, though I have experienced disappointment in the past at other locations, it has always been resolved and not as bad as this last experience. I arrived to the location, nobody in line, I still had to wait for the lady to finish chit chat with another staff (no biggie), she had my Garlic Edamame in hand. A couple doritos later, she placed them on the to go bag, I asked if she put the sweet chilli sauce, lady said it was. Then I head home.. guess what? Charged for the sauce but no sauce.. Even though I reminded her and asked... Then I proceed to eat my favorite appetizer and roll without my favorite sauce I paid for... The Edamame was FULL OF Salt to the point it was inedible (see pictures for reference). “It takes months to find a customer and seconds to lose one"
