I recently visited Popeyes and unfortunately, my experience with their service left much to be desired. I would rate it two stars out of five.
Firstly, the wait time was quite lengthy. Despite there being only a few customers ahead of me, it took an unusually long time for my order to be taken and processed. This lack of efficiency was frustrating and made the overall experience feel slow and unprofessional.
The staff seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. There was a notable lack of friendliness and warmth in their interactions with customers. The employees appeared to be going through the motions without much care or attention to customer satisfaction. This lack of attentive service made me feel unimportant as a customer and contributed to my disappointment.
The accuracy of my order was subpar. I specifically requested certain modifications to my meal, but unfortunately, these requests were not met. This lack of attention to detail is a significant drawback, as it negatively impacted my overall dining experience and left me feeling unsatisfied.
Lastly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was not up to par. The dining area appeared unkempt, with dirty tables and floors. This lack of cleanliness not only detracted from the overall atmosphere but also raised concerns about the adherence to hygiene standards.
Overall my experience with the service at Popeyes was underwhelming, leading me to give it a two-star rating. The lengthy wait time, disinterested staff, inaccurate order, and lack of cleanliness were all contributing factors to my disappointment. I hope that the management takes these aspects into consideration and makes improvements to provide a better customer experience...
Read moreHad a very bad experience with THIS Popeyes at Lunch Time ( a little bit after 11am). Went through the Drive Thru and ordered the Nugget Combo with Mac n cheese as my side and a Iced Tea. When I arrived back at work and opened my box, the NUGGETS were OLD!!!!!! I had to asked my supervisor could I go back to get some FRESH NUGGETS. While in route back to the restaurant I called and spoke to a manager and he asked me was I on my way back to get fresh nuggets? I replied yes and told him that what I had in my box for nuggets were Awful. Picked up my fresh Order, box was nice and hot so that let me know that they got me right this time (At least that's what I Thought)🤔🤔 !!! Got back to work Again , Opened my box and looked at my Hot Nuggets realizing that They ALMOST Looked like the Nuggets that I just returned.🕵️ Popped one into my mouth and said to myself... "Self"... "These aren't good either"! Reason being is....... The GREASE IS OLD!!!!!!! 🤬😠😡😤When a restaurant that Basically Sells Allllll Chicken Products DOESN'T CHANGE THE GREASE FREQUENTLY, IT WILL GIVE A POOR PRODUCT!! As far as I'm concerned POPEYES is Almost in the Same category like KFC.... Those names are KNOWN for THE BEST CHICKEN Allll over the 🌎!! So when you have a taste for One of these places You Highly Expect to get a QUALITY MEAL from them....!!!! .😳 Also, someone Needs a Training class on how to make Sweet Tea!! Read moreI have visited this restaurant numerous times. They never have enough chicken on hand to fill an order. I decided to try placing the order through the corporate website and gave them 45 minutes to prepare the order before my pickup time. Once I arrived, I pulled up to the drive-thru menu and sat for a couple minutes without being acknowledged. I then pulled up to the window and observed 2 female employees leaning on the counter playing on their cellphones. After sitting at the window, and ignored, for a couple minutes, I honked my horn. I was rudely greeted by both employees who stated they knew nothing about my order. Of course, they didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my 12 piece order. I was told to park in the parking lot and my order would be out in 12 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes and finally left. I contacted Popeyes online for a refund. I was not issued a refund and instead was offered a $20 coupon for the $56.95 order that I didn't receive. This restaurant is a complete joke, and there was 1 other customer there the entire time I sat there. If you are local, and frustrated with this restaurant never being able to fulfill your order, DO NOT use the online ordering service thinking they will prepare your order before arriving. You will get the same horrible treatment and still receive no food, but you have to pay for it! You have to try really hard to run a business...
