These are the rudest people. I’m not sure why we keep patronizing them. Today was the final draw. They’ve already turned the place into a daycare. It looks a mess. There’s no way they are passing inspections the way that place looks. They have shower curtains hanging everywhere So that you can’t see them cooking in the kitchen anymore. The food was awful today. When we went in there a customer was there arguing with them, and of course, they act like they didn’t understand what she was saying and why she was upset But they understand what you’re saying when you place your order and when they take your money, I called and told them that whoever they have frying the chicken today they need to take them off because the chicken is always delicious but today it was awful. The girl at the counter said that the same person that Always fry the chicken fried the chicken as always. I told her and it doesn’t taste or look the same. She wanted to argue. Read moreMy wife and I have eaten at this establishment for years. The food has always been fantastic, and their crab rangoon is probably the best we've had anywhere. It never takes long for our order to be ready, and I live a 2-minute drive from this place, which is helpful. When I want Chinese food, this is how I imagine it tastes!
However . . . they've allowed the dining area to go downhill over the years. In recent months, the place has developed a weird smell that's off-putting, and I won't eat inside anymore, I will only order carry out. In the evenings, you'll see certain tables in their dining room that have been commandeered by the staff and their families, often piled with personal items or a large spread of food & dishes that might eat from. I get that this is your family joint, but nothing says "please don't eat here" like making it so that your guests can't feel comfortable sitting down and eating inside your establishment. Read moreWe placed an order for 2 meals that come with white rice but asked the lady on the phone multiple times for fried rice and she responded "yes." My husband went to go pick it up and got back home to see white rice instead of the requested fried rice. I called and explained to the lady and she was in a hurry rushing me and not understanding what I was saying. She said one moment that I wouldn't have to pay for it and then gave me a total. I clarified 3 times that I didn't have to pay for it and I got the same response of "No and then gave me a total. I went to go pick up the replacement and they tried to charge me and didn't want to hear about the mix up and she was rude insisting that I pay $7 for the replacement. I left without the fried rice and will NEVER return. This is not the first time there has been a problem with our food. Actually it has been every time they have messed something up.
